I know if you go ahead and get your medicals done without immi requesting you have to get them done again if it goes over 12 months. what if immi request and it goes over the 12 months, do we have to pay again or is their responsibility, (i think i know the answer but just checking). mark

When medicals are asked for, how long do you get before submitting.

They only updated last week, it seems there is a 6 to 7 week gap before the next update, then it only moves about 5 or 6 days on average.

We are thinking of going over to see the family next year (may, june or july time). This is going to be close to my visa being allocated (fingers crossed) I know you have to be offshore but what timescale do you have to re-ply. mark
