It means your TFN which is tax file number , you need to apply for a TFN from the ATO google it and it will become clear, how do I apply for a Tax file number in Australia, the result will guide you well it did for me putting that search question in
-
You need to contact a reputable agent , I think your situation sounds rather complex
-

Google i just put in your request and it came up with many options, try it and see it’s not hard -
As I said don’t over think it

Don’t get so defensive of course you should post whatever questions you want , but sometimes you have to make decisions for yourself, I remember your original posts re your husband trying to apply for an RRV which many on this forum, and other forums advised you to try in the first instance but obviously you Decided to take the route you are now taking , so you can imagine it can get a bit annoying to see the same questions asked again and again, have you engaged an agent to help
-
You seem to have a lot of questions, often if you are unsure about things it can be a great help to consult a reputable agent many who post on this site agents most definitely know things you don’t, and as the situation re visas changes frequently they can often make the difference between a successful and unsuccessful visa application
-
No not at all but you ask the same questions on multiple forums and often never seem to heed the advice given
-
It means up loading everything police check and medical after invite in your actual visa application, there is much debate regarding weather it speeds up the process some say it does others say it doesn’t but just to be aware it does have implications regarding first entry after visa grant if you front load
-
Aussiebird you do tend to overthink everything, we are all going through this journey with you , somewhat painfully I have to say , I seem to remember you being given lots of advice previously about uploading documents just do it
-
Don’t fancy your chances much , but who knows, apply and see what happens, mind you if granted he /she might be arrested at the border , as he/she should be for skipping the country before appearing in court, you people are really something else , to think you can commit an alleged crime then buggar off and expect to come back without any repercussions amazing

i do get so sick of people jumping on to threads that are totally unconnected with the original post

The initial contract should specify the time period in which they have to sell their house in a subject to sale contract if it’s not sold in that time the contact is void unless it is amended and agreed by both parties the fact that you have offered to buy their house at the asking price is immaterial it’s the original contract for them buying yours that’s the issue

Which partner visa would we need? Please help :)

I don’t know why you are confused, if you visit the Department of Home Affairs website, or goggle marriage visa for Australia it’s all quite clear -
will they be completing degrees in Australia? If so those years will count

Waitting 187 visa but want to apply marriage visa
shaunfreo replied to Tinaff's topic in Family / Partner Visas
And what has that got to do with the previous post that you have jumped on to -
a Temporary visa is just that , when you’re not needed anymore it’s goodbye, that’s the deal you sign up to
-
If she is an accountant, she can apply for a skills assessment and if successful , she could apply for a visa , accountants are still on the skills list but need high points for an invite . And there is no quick or cheap way to do it
-
Whatever you hope to achieve you need a visa to come to Australia and as a nurse you need to be degree qualified, get a positive skill assessment, apply for registration with AHPRA , then if you can do that perhaps you may get a job as an aesthetic nurse but until you have registration as a nurse the rest is irrelevant
-
My mistake I didn’t read it fully ,
-
It’s very different in each state and I am thinking you you meant anaesthetic , aesthetic means something very different , the peril of predictive text

Do you have to stay in Oz for 2 years out of 5?
shaunfreo replied to AdamStafford's topic in Working and Skilled Visas
The requirement is 730 days in the five year period which is two years , the days as I understand do not have to be consecutive, if you are in Australia when you apply and do not meet the 730 days but can demonstrate on going commitment you will probably get a one year RRV initially if you haven’t met the 730 days already
