@Flood Dog just inquiring, did you submit the document as requested or they just granted you the PR without ? I am in similar situation, CO asked for licencing which is not required and which I do not have. thanks

Hi all, My agent closed down her business few weeks ago and withdrew her rights to access my application but today I finally got a case officer allocated to my application and he is requesting more documents. Regarding the section: evidence of registration / licencing , my agent put in ''yes'' in the nomination application and ''no'' in my visa application. So the CO is requesting evidence of licence which I do not have (hotel Manager). My question is should I tell the CO is was a mistake from the agent or does a Bachelor Degree counts as licence/registration ? where can I access the nomination application ? My understanding is that people applying for the 186 TRT do not need to have their skills assessed ? I am very confused , I have so many question and cannot afford to pay another MA to finish this application. any help is welcome, thanks all Leslie

@Miracle Chen, got email from CO today requesting more documents and informing me that my agent provided different information on my visa application and the actual nomination so have to justify some sort or licence or registration which I do not have... will call them tomorrow as it's unclear. things are moving which is good

Hotel Manager waiting too. Nomination and visa lodged in May 2018, so far no update, nomination not approved as yet.
