went to commomwealth bank, they were very personal and we had only one guy who we dealt with us throughout all our appointments n phonecalls n emails. got to this side and the branch here had our cards ready and waiting, also very friendly and nice here as well so far, its good. plenty of branches n atms as well.

went with white & co, as they were cheaper at 3500 for a 20ft plus they had special boxes for our t.v and art work. they packed everything in 2 full days and were extremely professional and punctual n polite throughout would definately recommend them

we are in Rockingham and have 3 mobiles with virgin, and mobile broadband connections, all no problems and were a really good deal at $19 a month

what a pity, I am sure we would use such services if they existed. It is a good business opportunity for sure, if the fee is too much alot of people might be put off, as emigration itself is soo expensive. I think/feel wetnwindy is trying to create a community rather than a business. when you are so far from home a feeling of belonging is important.. no matter how negligible it is

hi Donna, had a sleepless night as kept thinking I havent washed/cleaned/binned enough stuff from the container the packers were brilliant e.g my husband took off his bedroom slippers to put on his shoes turned around and they had packed it lol 30 seconds all in all, what a laugh.. told him to keep moving in case he would find himself in bubblewrap anyway, the aqis form is worrying me as I have written everything, but was reading other posts(should have read others first before writing) that its seems to be potluck as to which officer opens the boxes so.. fingers crossed X

This question is for those who have received they containers what if you declared stuff and forgot something? did they open all boxes? how much do they charge to destroy or clean? do they spoil stuff by opening it e.g jars, packets, pic frames? how long does it take to clear customs obviously im now in the panic stage of 'stop dont send it, got to clean some more..or bin it..' thanks

we have also gone through with oz rentals and Tracey was really very helpful, she also helped organise transport to the rental.

hi, it takes 6-8 wks if its a whole container, part container takes 12 wks. we have a furnished place(holiday rentals are fully furnished) we booked with oz rentals no we dont have an address to send it to but our shipping company said that we could email them details nearer to time of delievery we would get an unfurnished place once the container gets there good luck
