Hi, I'm looking at the requirements for a 887 and have a couple of questions. 1) does the main applicant have to work in the field of work the visa was granted for or any type of work? 2) does the 2nd applicant have to work in rural au as well? But you paid a deposit based on that quote and signed a contract based on that quote, so surely they either honour the quote or give you a full refund? How much was the original quote?

The points are irrelivant and only come in to play when you apply for state sponsorship.

Here's a tip: If you have your skills assessment done with the ANMC they will pass on your paperwork to the state you want to register with. There is no cost to you and it saves you having to duplicate documents. You then need only fill out the registrations form and send your money.
