5000 PRE NOV 2008 files ONSHORE still to be processed which includes pre sept 2007 as well before they can think of 2009 files !! Including pre sept 2007

I think it is from the article by Mr Mares:

According to DIAC statistics there were 38,800 category 4 visa applicants living in Australia as of 31 October 2010. At that stage almost 5000 visa applicants had already been waiting for more than two years for a decision on their cases

Possibly there will be a update this Friday cz next Monday n Tuesday are public holidays . Who knows they will give Xmas gift to some cat 5 offshore applicants . Good luck guys

Hopefully there will be one more update whether on this friday or coming wednesday (28th DEC), But OFFSHORE files highly unlikely as there are lots of priority 4 offshore files waiting to be processed before they look at any Priority 5 Offshore

True Dhawan but what we can expect is a jump of a month or two which would make us feel good not that I am not feeling good as it is.
