Thanks for your reply.what do u exactly mean by referral.My wife had not recieved any email to re-do the medical But i had been told that it can take unto 3 to 4 weeks by an australian doctor to assess the medical results.

I am just wondering if someones wife did medical overseas.how long did it take to clear the medical results by an australian doctor in Australia.Apparently results come to Australia and it has to be checked and cleared by Australian immigration doctor..

My security check is finished,i did my medical last week.I am only waiting for my wife's police check PCC .Hopefully i will get the decision soon.IA.. Its taking a while for pakistani security checks to be cleared .good luck

Does anyone know how long it takes to get England's police clearance PCC.My wife lived in England for 3 years and she is applying for her PCC next week.sHE IS IN PAKISTAN at the moment.Is there any way to apply online??

All pakistani applicants are stuck because of security checks.mine is 15 months since i got CO.. Average time is betwenn 14-16 months for pakistani applicants after CO allocation.Hopefully we will get decision soon.IA

Kaiser what happened to your 485 application?did yoy get to see a good immi agent?

Mine is team 8..its pretty good team and very efficent.

I have just checked with immigration..In regards to old applicants ,we will able to import our applications by next week.They are still working to upgrade the new system..try again by end of this week or next week.

I will recommend you to consult a good immigrstion soliciter..they deal with suck kind of cases every week.i think there should not be any problem.every course has its management part.for example in hospitality one year is cookery nd other year is management.you can relate by saying that u already study management subjects in accounting diploma nd later did food processing course..make sure you consult with angent and tell him/her to write you a good letter of ecplaination with evidence( subjects related to management).good luck
