  1. Couple of my known guys facing same problem as you. Suddenly RDANI got silent after starting skillselect. I guess, DIAC controlling SS which now affect on getting approval of off-list from NSW or other States . Keep chasing. Wish September will bring good news for you.
  2. Regional state sponsorship as yours. It was off-list second time. So far I guess, DIAC advised state to re-issue as off-list nomination or enlist in SMP You should have co already if your 2nd nomination approved by DIAC. Ask your agent to check it with DIAC first. Wish your speedy grant
  3. Finalised by Medical officer so it is complete/end. CO will change it (Form160/26) to met anytime. By the way, I got my grant yesterday! Since a long I was followed this thread coz once DIAC que(d) us behind cat-4. Cheers
  4. Got the golden mail after lot of ups and downs in last 2 years 11 months.
  5. I called DIAC and know my case with CO after the date I got this mail. Even DIAC sent this mail to few CAT-3 applicants who applied 176-SS June 12!!! Most importantly, Did you get another mail on 15 June12 for Nomination which has not been accepted by DIAC or not sent by state? I had one which sorted out. You can call DIAC and know your application status. I guess you will not be in trouble if you do not have any issue with nomination/form1100. wish you good luck
  6. I got it this info after several mail and costly phone calls. I know other 5 guys (out of forum) with same situation who are waiting too!! willl let you if i know CO assigned for my file.
  7. Talked with DIAC operator today who confirmed nomination(Form1100) issue has been sorted out on 28 June by approving Off-List Nomination. File has been batched for CO and would expect to get assigned within 2/3 weeks. Hope for the best
  8. Please be advised the Dept of Immigration advised this office on Thursday 28 June the off-list sponsorship requested had been approved. Please contact Immigration for further information. This office can be of no further assistance, Kind Regards I got a reply from Territory today as above. Dose it sound safe?

  12. Dear XXXXXX I am writing to you regarding your General Skilled Migration (GSM) 475 visa application lodged on 19/08/2009. In your visa application you claimed to be nominated by a state or territory government. To date, a state or territory approved nomination has either not been provided or has not been accepted by this department. Until this occurs, your visa application is not eligible to be considered as state or territory nominated for the purposes of priority processing, and will be considered in a lower priority group. [Form 1100 has been sent by Territory 15-12-09 by mail to DIAC and kept me CC. So I have a copy of Form1100.I have chased them for it from 24-08-09. If its not been accepted I assume it means refusal finally] A nomination from a state or territory government is now required. You are encouraged to contact the state or territory government agency nominating your application to determine if you still meet their criteria or if they require any further information from you. Further information about State Migration Plans (SMP), the nomination process, as well as contact details for state and territory nominating agencies is available at http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/state-plans.htm [i have contacted with Territory for the same but got no reply of email. Had talked with who ask me wait till end of this month. Today got to know they will not send Form1100 again through their [/color]website ] As your GSM visa application was lodged before the changes made on 1 July 2010, you are able to seek nomination from a different state or territory government to the one you originally sought a nomination from at the time of lodging your visa application. If you can not obtain agreement from a state or territory government agency to nominate you, please contact the department to discuss any options available to you.[My occupation no longer in any SMP and talked with DIAC who ask to look for SS or any other VISA ] In seeking a nomination from a state or territory government agency you should consider whether your nominated occupation is listed on the current SMP for your state or territory. SMPs commenced for all states and territories in late 2010 and early 2011, and specify which occupations state and territory governments can nominate applicants under. States and territories have a limited capacity to put forward nominations for occupations not listed on their Plan. These provisions allow states and territories further flexibility in providing nominations which may be valuable in meeting shortages in very specialised occupations. [Off list nomination is for onshore applicants mostly so I have rare/no chance] It is important to note that it is entirely at the discretion of the state or territory government agencies to nominate applicants and to submit nominations of their choosing to the department. Once a nomination is received by the department, it will be considered and the nominating agency will be informed of the decision. [DIAC sounds like, passing ball to State/Territory and vice versa ] If at the time your GSM visa application is assessed you do not have an approved nomination, your application may be decided based on the information before the case officer. Your visa application will not be successful if you do not have an approved nomination from a state or territory government agency. [ I guess I may suffer for the reason of DIAC and State's internal issues] You may withdraw your application at any stage during processing if you no longer want to be considered for the grant of this visa. Information on how to withdraw an application, along with other information for applicants who have already lodged a GSM application, is available at:http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/lodged-information.htm General Skilled Migration I got the above mail from DIAC on 15-06-12 after almost 3 years waiting. Mail came from NoReply id, so no way mail them back. Have tried to sort this out with every possible way but no way in fact! Applied as PG-3 on Aug 09 but fall in lower priority on next month changes (23 Sep 09). After watching and waiting so long as PG-5, there was a light at the end of tunnel which about to END. Any advise? Any professional guideline?
