Thanks Ricky, Well, According to this line other 496 applicants will also get the priority over other family sponsored applicants. So it means Rahul, you case officer is also not far away.

This is the reason why I got the visa ahead of all the other 496 applicants because my application was in final stages.

Oh that's the spirit King Khan. I like this. Yes as Kind Khan has mentioned, things can quicky change with DIAC. Next update will be interesting one. DIAC has to process Family sponsored applicants. They will not keep them waiting for ages. Don't worry try to involve yourself into the daily routine works and if possible stop follwing these updates for next few months. well. I hope from God that everyone got a fair deal here.

My file was allocated to the case officer way back in 2008 and in 2009. So I had uploaded medical twice. Job verification was done in 2009 so may they were considering my application according to the old quota of applications. But guys I wish all of you good luck here. I know its hard time of waiting. But your time will come one day.

If I am not wrong, it's a sad news for family Sponsored category 5 applicants.

Simple first make an account on http://www.passportindia.gov.in/. Then apply for new PCC. Take an appintment or in my case I do not had appointment. In case of PCC they consider it directly. Then in their desk to desk process they will check your docs and take photograph and then will give you PCC.

That's like a true professional agent....

CO allocated 11./05/2012..............and No news till now...All documents up loaded after CO allocation !! Dont know how long I have to wait..Its already more than 5 years. Difference is I am offshore you are onshore..

Well, Friends, I know I am going to ask a stupid question, but still I can not stop myself from asking this. Can someone tell me how much time a case officer will take to make the decision after submitting all the documents? Today is the last date of 28 days given by case officer.

Yes, Ladies and gentleman, Finally, I have uploaded all the documents. Medicals and PCC of all the members are uploaded. So, I am in the waiting line now.

Well, guys medical of Husband wife and one kid is done and uploaded. Now we are left with my little kid whose HAP is is I am waiting for. Now I have two questions .. 1. How can I check that my medical is finalised? 2. And last date to submit all the docs is 8 June. I have only one week to get the HAP id of my little one and finalise his medical. Now question is what if I could not able to finalise his medical on time?
