Lodged 175 visa 29/06/2009,changed visa and lodged 119RSMS 24/06/2012 .CO 29/01/2013 Medicals 07/02/13 VISA GRANT 06/03/13:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:Hip hip hooray!!!!!!!!There is light down the LOOOONG tunnel.All thanks to the LORD.Its His timing.

:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:Visa granted today 119 RSMS lodged Perth 24/06/12 CO 29/01/13 medicals07/02/13 Hip hip hooray!!!!iT HAS ALMOST BEEN 4 YEARS since original lodgement of 175 back in June 2009.We decided to lodge 119 RSMS in June 2012 after getting a employer sponsor.

I have not applied for a 457 .No extra payments were done.It was just suggested my 119 be cosidered as 457.The case officer has requested medicals and a employment contract which was originally submitted with the lodgement of 119.with that letter an attachment of the ambudsman condition of employment and 457.

Thanks for your input.My MA agent emailed DIAC with regards to genuine humanitarian grounds that my employer needs me urgently and to consider my current lodgement RSMS 119 as a 457 without my knowledge.I have been appointed a case officer requesting medicals within 28 days.I contacted my MA and he sais it does not change my current lodgement.As he states that once the visa 119 comes up it will overide the 457.Is this true?Why consider my application as a 119 in th first place.Once i get processed as a 457 how will this 119 take to get processed?Is it advisable to do go ahead on a 457 as requested and suggested by my MA?I will be leaving to OZ without PR.I have 3 young children as well .Could this complicate things later? Please advize ?Anyone with a similar situation or a MA with some free valued suggestion.Most appreciated. RSMS 119 lodged 21/06/2012.

I currently have applied for a RSMS 119 visa acknowledgement letter received i July 2012.My MA has suggested i change to a 457 in Perth.What are the advantages and disadvantages in doing so? Should i ? Please advize.Is a 457 PR?Any input appreciated.Should i rather hang in and wait?
