Hi All, I shall be arriving in Perth on 12th November so im on the 4 week count down :biggrin:. My husband moved there in August whilst I stayed back to sort the shipping and house etc. We will be living in clarkson for a few months before we decide where we want to live. We are 30 and 31 with no children and love going out and socialising, so if you plan any get togethers or girlie days/nights out I would love to meet some people. Sarah :-)

I dont know about anyone else but i always feel like I am feeding the agent information - should it not be the other way round??? :wacko: All sounds like things are moving in the right direction for you :smile:

We have applied for 176 family sponsored and I tried to tag on state sponsorship after the 1st July 2011 and we were told that they changed the rules for current applicants that you would have to pay for a whole new application if you wanted to get state sponsored so it would cost another £3k :-( I dont have that kind of money spare unfortunately. Hi Everyone, I have just Joined Poms in Oz, so apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place. My Husband and I have applied for 176 visa as he is a Graphic Designer and my Sister is a Permenant Resident living in Perth who will be sponsoring us. We applied in March 2009 and are still waiting :-( I was hoping to start my Registered Nurse Diploma when we get to Australia, but have decided to start in the UK as it may help our application. I have started on the Adult Branch but am wondering if the Child Branch would be more suitable for Australia? I have tried looking online but cant find any information regarding branches in Australia. Can anyone help me? Look forward to hearing from you. Sarah x
