If i had known they prefer state sponsored i would have gone for it, i thought with my brother living there they would consider my case positively. Guest AsIwish1216
Thanks Does anyone know how long this will take? "I can see evidence that you have undertaken a health assessment to determine if you meet the health requirement for the grant of an Australian permanent visa. Please note that your health assessment is currently with the Medical Officer of the Commonwealth and a decision has not yet been made. I will monitor the progress of your health assessment on a regular basis and will be in contact if any further information is required."

Guest VickyMel
Thanks Does anyone know how long this will take? I imagine it depends how busy they are - think ours took about a week to change to MET after it was recieved. Can you see your online application details - if so you can keep an eye on it there. If there is a problem they will ask for more info - and I think it says referred on the online system. Hope you hear back very soon

So it's very long process or easy because this is second time refferal I m very tens because my CO is waiting for my medical result . What should I do? Are you female? Blood in urine is very common, aand is often a urine infection or monthly (sorry guys). You say it is your second referral. Have they already checked you to see if it is a urine infection or retested if possibly re monthly? If they have already tried other options I am not sure what tests the specialist will do - can you phone up and ask at the specialists how long the appointment and results will take? Anyway I am sending you a big hug this is a stressful enough time as it is without complications at this stage of the game. If it is getting close to the time limit set by the CO maybe send a copy of the receipt for payment for the Meds and say you are just waiting for it to be completed. Just to show that you are actively doing something and have not ignored their request.
Guest AsIwish1216
Same situation here. I got my test back from local Doctor and he said there is nothing to be worried and I have forwarded the result to Medibank.. CO wrote to me: I can see evidence that you have undertaken a health assessment to determine if you meet the health requirement for the grant of an Australian permanent visa. So it's very long process or easy because this is second time refferal I m very tens because my CO is waiting for my medical result . What should I do? Look this is very common !! Please drink lots of water for 2 days or so.. Go to GP, get the tests done again !! This is very common and most of the cases there is nothing serious , so just chill and get an appointment from GP , get few test done , send the reports to medibank Health solution, once thet finalize and everything is ok , they will send to CO, and Just in case there is something wrong, You will be advised by medibank for few more tests. But I wish it will clear in first case itself.
mandjay
I can't see there being many cat4 family sponsored cases left. As of the 24th April there were only 1840 cases awaiting allocation and they are still processing the 885's and there must be many 175's offshore waiting. I hope that when they do starting allocating family sponsored that they do this in date order as they have mentioned and start allocating some offshores. MELBNGSM
Got an email from COxxxxxxxxxxxxxx today Pending for Medical results Heya Aslwish1216. I would strongly recommend that you do not post your Case Officer name here as it may work against you. If you catch my drift; - Its a privacy issue. - People may ring DIMIA asking for your CO. Please remove these posts if you can and only use team number. Good Luck
GAGAN4321
Its depressing that there are only 4200 visas for offshore P5 Australian Sponsored but the only positive that I am sure is they won't be able to fill the complete State Sponsored 24650 which in turn could mean that they will allocate pending FS visas to fill in the gap left for SS quota. I am very much hopeful that by end of June 2013 90% of FS cases will be done. DIAC is moving fast and they won't like the backlog to bother them for long
