Bluecatcollectables Posted March 18, 2012 Share Posted March 18, 2012 I think I read somewhere - George Lombard's post - that the visa has a life of 4 years, which includes the date of grant. So if you got your visa grant in say Jan 2012 you tend to have around 10 months to make you first entry to validate the visa and thereafter the clock starts ticking for 3 years. Tilak I am in the sameboat as you , applied in August 2008- Subclass 176 - offshore shore, havent heard anthing until now, it has been almost 4 years, btw have you heard anything from DIAC with regard to your application.
