No they havent changed a bit .. please note, those who got Visas in Sep got there CO in early or mid 2010 ... means there security checks were started at the same time when CO was allocated to them ..... In 2010 176 was completely on hold due to SMP announcement, thats the reason 176 HR applicants havent got there visas. now question is who is the only 176 HR applicant who got visa. my assumption is, he is the only one with State sponsorship and he had his occupation listed in SOL Sch-3 of that time .. means he was CAT-3. If you take a look at the DIAC website, the timeline for State Sponsored applicants from High Risk countries is 24 months whereas for 175 applicants it is 18 months :biglaugh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
