max09
My medicals expired in April 2013 and I believe the CO extended them by a couple of months or something. I have a feeling I will be asked to do them again since there is no end in sight for the security checks.
047
Hi every buddy!yesterday got reply from my case officer 2nd time status query : "Thank you for your email. Please be advised that your application is still undergoing routine processing, which can take many months to complete. As many of the processing procedures are carried out by agencies external to this department, it is very difficult for me to give accurate processing time frames. Rest assured, your application has not been forgotten and I will contact you via email as soon as further information or documentation is required." He is saying routine processing takes many months ....but it rather seems like taking many years!!! I m a bit disappointed and demotivated...... any suggestions .... what are my options .... should i lodge a complaint via ISIG? or let it be and wait..... CalPerth
Can someone guide with the Priority Group 3 and 4. Why is 176 in both the groups is it because of SS vs. FS?
imi
Can someone guide with the Priority Group 3 and 4. Why is 176 in both the groups is it because of SS vs. FS? Yes P3 if your occupation is in SOL, P4 if you are FS and your occupation is in SOL, P5 if you are FS and your occupation is not in SOL (Seniors correct me if Im wrong )

imi
Thanks imi. is occupation considered at time of allocation/filing. Yes if ceiling of occupation is there, then application can be made. So occupation should be on SOL at the time of filing
SMShoaib
Can someone guide with the Priority Group 3 and 4. Why is 176 in both the groups is it because of SS vs. FS? 176 is based on Sponsorship. If your occupation is in SOL and you are State Sponsored then Priority 3 If your occupation is in SOL and you are Family Sponsored then Priority 4 If your occupation is in not in SOL and you are Family Sponsored then Priority

For CO allocation yes...but if CO is already allocated then the case is not delayed...its my opinion might be IGIS also take this into account but IMO IGIS don't care about this. anjumh
guys i want to extend my initial entry date which is in jan 2014...so does anyone know success stories in such scenarios? I think, Best way is to visit Australia and get PR validated. Then you can move any time in next 5 years. During this visit you can have some interviews to check if you need any additional qualification or certification etc.

shaz2013
FS Quota = Family Sponsored Visa Quota.. it is limited.. in comparison to independent and regional sponsored ones. Regional / State sponsored quotas are limited on the basis of occupation while FS quota is limited on the basis of being sponsored irrespective of whether there is some cushion available in the requisite skills.. IGIS is the supervisory authority of ASIO which conducts Security / Background checks on Pakistani / HR visa applicants. A complaint to IGIS means IGIS will check whether ASIO is operating under routine circumstances and is not getting prejudicial particularly when it comes to; assessment and timing thereof.. Thank you Rezasol.

malik
Interviews during validation trip???? man thats almost impossible.... unless you are very very highly skilled person like Specialist doctors etc... I agree with Anjumh, i did the same. Visit adelaide in April for 20 days, got my medi, tax and claims done. Also gave one interview. It tells you where you stand. Now after assessing myself I have started CPA australia. Planning to go back in August, InshAllah.

Hi Malik & Fari, Actually I am having a same strategy in my mind to do a validation trip first. But to argue, do you think it will put my cv in bad books of recruiters that they will count me available and then out of sight? Im asking this because recruiters ask you if u have landed in oz, so they must have ticked u in. So do you think Malik will need to inform all of them again for his availability? Also, if anyone knows how much time employers usually allow u to join them after signing a contract. Regards,
Ligia Cristina
Dear All, I need your opinion urgently! I sent my docs at Vetassess (received on April 15th) for HR Adviser. As I read from your experiences, some of them very bad, with many denials, I panic! So, I work for the same company from 8 years and 4 months now, same position: Human Resource Adviser. I have bachelor degree in Management (no qualification in HR) and I have sent to Vet the following documents: Qualification: Bachelor degree and Diploma supplement Employment evidence: - Job description; - Work reference; - Registration certificate of the employer; - Payslips from 2009-2013 (it was impossible to find them for 2005-2008) - Salary increase decisions and payroll/salary statements (for 2005-2009, when payslips are missing) - Tax reports (only found them for 2010-2012) - Pension Certificate (13 pages for 2005-2013) Other documents sent: resume, 2 photographs, passport copy. I am really scared because of those payslips and tax reports missing for 2005-2009. I am afraid for a negative response, or that they will not assess 8 or minimum 5 years of experience. Less then 5, and i will have problems with points Does someone is or was in the same boat? Wait for you replays! All the best!
