  1. Which visa ur brother is applying for? 189 or 190?
  2. I think its 38/40 but I may be wrong. The general module is easier but you need to score high. Good luck with the test.
  3. Hi Guys, There are other december lodge group as well which are quite populated. Better to join that group as you may get many responses.
  4. Hi Zam, I am really sorry to hear all that. I believe its better to take professional advice from a migration agent. Somebody has reccommended the name of the agent, better to make an appointment and discuss your case in details.
  5. Normally they charge around £1,500-£2,500. If your case is not straight forward, then better to use an agent.
  6. Try online tests, there are loads available.
  7. Hi Debs, You are making sufficient points from your recent result, then you dont need to retake. Its better to call and ask the assessing body which module they recommend? I believe it should be General but I am not sure.
  8. Yes you can. Better to go for 189. You can live and work there on temp visa whilst applying for 189. You need to meet the 60 points in order to be eligible for 189 or 190.
  9. Hi Summer, I would recommend to discuss your case with a registered migration agent.
  10. Hi, May be you need to contact the website team, who deals with tech. queries.
  11. Thanks brother, really appreciated.
  12. No, the visa is not granted yet. Its in process. Also form 80 has been submitted to CO. Do you think its too late now? Should I contact my CO and tell her of my concern.
  13. Hi Lebour, I have aplplied for 190 visa and now realised that my passport is not valid for 2 years, it is valid for less than 2 yrs. I lodged my application in dec 2012 and my passport is expiring in oct 2014. Do u think i can contact my CO? Will they refuse my visa on this basis?
