Hi, every buddy!!!! By the grace of Allah almighty i got my GOLDEN email on 27 may 2014 . i am planning to travel to Australia (Canberra) withing couple of months to validate my visa, help required regarding economical airline ticket. Thanks

Hi every buddy! By the grace of GOD, finally got a medical examination call (silver email) on 13th of march . Medical done on 31st march 2014 and uploaded Police clearance certificate and Medical examination sheet on 05th April 2014 to case officer. Eagerly waiting for the ultimate call (GOLDEN EMAIL) ........... Hi, every buddy, Congratulations to all who received GOLDEN and SILVER emails recently ...... I received a letter from my case officer on 2nd jan 2014. stating that "The Migration Program planning level for category (subclass 176 FS) has limited number of places left for the 2013-14 program year. This means processing times may be longer and that once the remaining places are used, the Department cannot grant further visas in this category this program year unless more visa places become available. I cannot advise you whether more visa places will become available in this visa category as planning levels are determined by the Australian Government. As planning levels apply to all applications, including those in the final stages of processing, I cannot give you an indication as to the likely timeframe for finalisation of your application." This is turning me crazy .... .. its more than 3 years passed for my case .... ... Any one have any info regarding remaining places for this program year 2013-14. My skills was in SOL and even points score was meeting 175 skilled independent visa , but regretfully opted for FS thinking that it might help in processing...

HI, buddies , still alive in desperation ...... no progress in terms of SILVER or GOLDEN even (BRONZE) email! last update is of OIGIS response on 18 july 2013...... "I refer to your inquiry concerning any security assessment that may be required for this visa application and advise that there is no unexplained delay, illegality or impropriety by ASIO affecting this case. The application appears to be progressing through expected channels and there are no grounds for any further action by this office at this stage. I understand that this visa application was lodged some time ago and more than 12 months has now elapsed without finalisation. However, many other applicants are also experiencing similar delays. Please note that the length of time taken to process the visa is not necessarily indicative of the outcome of the application. I encourage you to contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for updates regarding the status of this visa application. If you have not received an outcome for the visa application by January 2014 then you may contact this office again for another inquiry." NO way out........just wait ..........

Nope .... i lodged my self. . . . some time regret that i could had been applied in cat 175 (skilled independent) or seek out the state sponsorship made a critical mistake thought that FS by my brother will help in expediting immigration.:mad:

Hi every buddy! yesterday got reply from my case officer 2nd time status query : "Thank you for your email. Please be advised that your application is still undergoing routine processing, which can take many months to complete. As many of the processing procedures are carried out by agencies external to this department, it is very difficult for me to give accurate processing time frames. Rest assured, your application has not been forgotten and I will contact you via email as soon as further information or documentation is required." He is saying routine processing takes many months ....but it rather seems like taking many years!!! I m a bit disappointed and demotivated...... any suggestions .... what are my options .... should i lodge a complaint via ISIG? or let it be and wait..... No change of circumstance as such, on 24 June 2011 case officer assigned and requested for FORM80 and some other documents, which i submitted within the time frame,since then kept silent.......then on 24 jan 2013 i emailed my case officer regarding my concerns of exceeding processing delays/application status, got the response as follows which seems to me a typical patent response. "Thank you for your email in relation to your visa application under Australia's General Skilled Migration program. This application is currently undergoing routine processing procedures. Unfortunately, ensuring all the legal requirements are met in relation to an application can take some time. Please rest assured that this application is not on hold and that I am following up on the status of it on a regular basis to ensure it can be processed as soon as possible. We will contact you if we require additional information once the routine processing procedures are finalised." what should i do :confused:..... should i query for my application status once again?
