Hi, If in Australia on a 457 and the current employer decides to end employment, you have 90 days to start work again or 90 days to find a new sponsor? Current case: last day of employment 04.01.11, found new sponsor on 05.01.16, sponsor lodge nomination on 06.01.16, current timelines for nomination as per migration agent: more than 8 weeks. No news from the department yet. Please advise. Thanks

Hello all, Does anyone know if after granted a visa (subclass 190 main applicant + secondary applicant on de facto relationship) the relationship ends, it is necessary / appropriate / required to announce this fact? If yes, and I declare that we are not a couple anymore, his visa will be cancelled? We haven't made the first entry yet. If I do that I will be able to sponsor someone else in the future? I submitted my EOI on 29.07.13, now I have to confirm the SS for WA. My partner (second applicant) didn't take IELTS yet. He plan to do it on October. When will his test results be needed? He should have take it before lodging the EOI? Is there any problem taking the exam later? I guess I wont receive any invitation to apply for a visa so quickly, so please advice ...when will his test be needed? Thanksss
