TEVTA Did you receive PCC call from DIAC? If yes, then you have to send PCC request email to Australian Embassy/consulate to getting a PCC request letter. If you did not receive PCC call then simply go to your country's embassy/consulate and get the same letter free of cost. Once you got the letter then go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and get it attested for SAR 30. Once the attestation is done then go to police station (FINGER PRINT BRANCH). In Riyadh it is located in Deera. You may find the same in Madina or Jeddah (Do some research or ask someone) Once you applied for Saudi PCC in finger print branch then you will get the document within 3-5 days. Well, search your panel physician from the list http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/panel-doctors/ Once you selected your physician then contact the clinic/hospital to take an appointment. Make sure your chosen clinic/hospital has eHealth facility so that the Dr. would be able to upload the medical results online. At the same time, email at health.strategies@immi.gov.au and tell the officer that you are going for medical examination. Don't forget to mention your TRN number and the name of the clinic/hospital where you are intended to go for medical. Besides, request the officer to enable your data for concerned clinic/hospital so that your medicals results would be uploaded instantly. Once everything is done then you are good to go. Inform your CO later when you notice any change in your DIAC online status.

For GOLD, you have scan and submit the original invoices? You may also have to translate the invoice if it is not in English. In addition, if you do not have GOLD invoices with you then you can take the GOLD to any Jewelry shop and take a written letter from them stating the current worth of all the GOLD you have. It would be stated in the letter that "I have checked and seen the GOLD belong to Mr. ABC and its current worth is RS. XYZ" For parental support, you can just write to them that upon arrival your parents will support you. It will be better if you would give WA a rough amount that your parents can give you before your arrival. (No documentary evidence is required - Its just a moral commitment) For leased car, you can scan the documents and send to WA. This makes sure that you have car. As far as it selling amount is concerned, again you can give them a rough amount that you will get once you sell this car OR once you have transfered to lease to someone else. Hope it helps

I am afraid not. The house MUST be in your name and you MUST have the right to sell it any time. You father can transfer the ownership to you name and it can serve the purpose. Also you will need to visit authorized real state agent and take property evaluation letter from him. Real state agent may visit your property and will estimate the current value of the same. Then he will issue a property evaluation letter. You will have to submit this property evaluation letter and ownership document to concerned authorities. The current processing time of WA SS is 5-6 weeks. It was quite short in the recent past. However, due to many applications being received nowadays, WA is taking more time and becoming more restrict for the SS grant. This might be because of upcoming July changes. I have observed that many applicants are getting reply from WA authorities about the relocation and re-settlement funds they have declared. In few cases, they are also asking evidence to provide the documents for the funding they have declared. They are scrutinizing applications more carefully and delicately and they are consciously taking care of the funds declaration. Make sure you guys have declared AUD $25,000 or even more if accompanied by family + kids. Best of luck to all of you

Yes my CO changed the status of all my online documents as MET and everything seems ok now. I know my CO name but i have not been contacted by her because everything was uploaded at the time of application except PCC and MEDICAL. I have been told not to go for PCC and MEDICAL until CO asks for it. I am from HR country and external checks are 6-8 months for us DIAC has e-mailed me that my CO will contact me if she needs further information. Cheers

What i suggest you to declare AUD $ 25,000 (More if possible) for settlement funding. Some of these declarations are recommended to be backed up by appropriate documents. - Property ( you must have the right to sell it) - Gold etc. - Cash (Savings you have now) - Cash (Savings you can have before arrival to WA) - End service benefit (If you current work has) - Selling car etc. - Parental Support - Friends Support (Preferably living in OZ) WA is more interested in liquid funds but i would suggest you to provide each and everything. The more you would be able to declare, they easy will be the fruitful outcome. The amount you would declare is supposed to be the same amount that you will be able to bring with you upon your arrival. You total worth should be what you have now + what will you have before embarkation to WA. Some declaration might not need documents like END SERVICE BENEFIT (If you did not resign). You can tell WA that you have end service benefits and give them a rough amount. You can write to them that this is the amount you will get at the end of your current employment period. Also you can write them that you parents or friends will also help you financially before coming to WA. This also might not need any document. It will be your moral commitments and you have to take them in confidence that you are really committed to live and work in WA. Your reply to WA should be consist of documents proving your worth before arrival + some moral commitments and financial help from friends, relatives and end service benefits (You can write to them that these commitments can not be proved by documents at this stage BUT you will 100% be able to justify what you say in this e-mail) I am sure that would be enough to satisfy WA and move you step ahead for your positive WA SS.

I wrote the PCC procedure forwarded by my friend who got his PCC from Riyadh. If Australian consulate in Khobar is not entertaining you then you can visit Riyadh and get the letter from Australian Embassy in diplomatic quarter. OR You can visit Pakistan Embassy and get the same letter. (Both are accepted)

PCC in Riyadh and Khobar has the same procedure i believe. Here is what you need to do If your CO has asked for a PCC, you must take a copy of that letter/e-mail to Australian Embassy/Consulate and ask them to issue you with a letter for police clearance. If the CO did not ask for it and you are doing it on your own you have two options, 1- Either you go the Australian embassy and ask for a letter (they charge SR.600) (NOT RECOMMENDED) 2- Go to your country consulate/embassy, and ask for the letter. They will not charge you a penny for this Since you already have a PCC call. Just take the letter/email to Australian Embassy/Consulate and they will issue you a letter. The above two options are for those who do not have PCC call from CO. You will take that letter (Issued for Australian Embassy) to the ministry of foreign affairs for attestation (Same place where visit visa used to be issued). Now once done, take that letter to police head office (finger print branch). Take your partner with you (If you have) and it will be done quicker. They will take your finger prints, (don’t forget to take along 2-3 photos). Once this is done, it will take a week or so to get the certificates. Now since this certificate is in Arabic, you need to translate it. Make sure to go to registered translator. Best of luck

I e-mailed them my property papers (one my name) worth $100,000 at least About other support from parents/grand parents/friends, i asked them which document they need to get satisfy? Also about GOLD etc. I asked which documents they need to be satisfied? I thought they will guide me about the type of documents they may require but they send an e-mail saying that thx for your advice. Your application will not be finalized based upon the information i have given.

I got confirmation e-mail today from WA. Here is the reply Can you please advise if you have access to any additional funds if required, this can be from family assistance or assets not include in the application. Generally we would expect clients to bring sufficient funds to enable them to maintain a lifestyle for themselves and any family members for a period of at least 3 months or until client has gain employment. As a rough guide please see the following: . Single - $20,000-25,000 . A Couple - $30,000-$35,000 . Then it would approximately $5,000 for every dependent included. Once I have this information I will finalise your application. I have given a detailed information about assets worth $40,000. Hoping for good news soon Cheers

I also did not get any acknowledgement e-mail from WA. I lodged my application on January 27th. Even i e-mailed and sent them yesterday but still did not get any response. How about application tracking. Is there any?
