Sharon Posted October 8, 2018 Share Posted October 8, 2018 Iām just filling in the visa application for a prospective marriage visa ...I have 2 sons29 and 23 non dependant and not migrating with me ? Do I include them in the non migrating members of family or not ? Also my partner in Oz has a non dependant child do I include her when it asks if your sponsor has non migrating family ?
