Well of course I have read it .... I meant what kind of things do they ask on the form re the sponsor .... I thank you for ur replies however not the tone they have come across as .... the whole thing is very confusing and stressful and sometimes people get a bit lost and muddled

Also who can you use as ur sponsor ? Do they expect ur partner to sponsor you and what criteria do they need for this ? Can you use anyone else ? Also once I’ve submitted the form how soon do I have to have medical .... I’m panicking as Im booking to go in jan for 3 months but what if they call me for a medical in that time or can I wait till I’m back in March for it or will that hold everything up ........ help please what to do about both points ?????????? . Oh right ... it’s so confusing as the definition for family members for this is spouse or any dependants under 23 .... so I do put my 2 sons on that part of the form then ... thank you x

And my mum and sister and daughter in law ... even though they are not migrating and are not dependant ... it’s very confusing x

Help ... I’m filling in the pmv and it asks for non migrating members of family ? My 2 sons are non dependant and are 29 and 25 ..do I include them ?

I’m just filling in the visa application for a prospective marriage visa ...I have 2 sons29 and 23 non dependant and not migrating with me ? Do I include them in the non migrating members of family or not ? Also my partner in Oz has a non dependant child do I include her when it asks if your sponsor has non migrating family ? Agh

I think I may need to postpone the wedding date and put in for a pmv ? But can I then travel over or would I need to wait until this was granted ? In other words can you travel on a tourist visa whilst waiting for the pmv ? Or is it better to wait until it’s granted ? Don’t think I’ll be marrying on feb 23rd 2019 somehow ?? xxxxx

No I want to do it the correct way I just don’t know how to go about it ..... and being naive we have planned the wedding date .... nothing that can’t be undone but it just postpones things .... can I put in prospective marriage visa and travel on it whilst waiting ? Help .... we have already been apart for over a year and it’s so hard ??? xx

Hi I am travelling to Australia in feb 2019 to marry my partner who is an Australian citizen , I am going on a tourist visa and then lodging my visa once we are married onshore .... is this ok ?
