I too was suprised at the speed of approval. No delay really, so probably should change to a.s.a.p! I assume you can lodge application intially, pay the fee, and then add copies of documents etc before submitting? Yes, once you've completed the form and paid the fee you are officially lodged. I have got confirmation from Orana RCB ON 13 May that Form 1100 has been sent to DIAC. ASPC.Support.Unit@immi.gov.au is the emailID to which RCB sent my form1100.
