Because it gives us all a wee bit o hope..We applied in October last year and i'm just on the modl list..We are desperate to get over there like everyone else! We just want to be able to look ahead but somethings dont make good reading.... We'll just keep all our fingers and toes crossed, had to accept thefact we will not hear this year.....

June 10th WA SS Granted - I can apply for Visa after July 1st.

Thanks to everyone for their best wishes.

 

I have contributed to this forum under the electricians thread but with my OH's log in details 'The Tattams' as it suited at the time and decided to set up my own user name, because I could never remember the bloomin' password! I tend to 'watch the forums' and contribute if I feel it necessary to add anything useful. I must add at this time that PIO has been a useful tool for finding out answers to questions that lurk in the back of the mind.

 

So cartertrucker, in answer to you question above, occupation is electrician and timeline?? - I guess we are looking at going next June (2011)

 

Vetassess - 19th October 2009 (Successful)

State SPonsorship lodged 11th November 2009

State Sponsorship approval 9th June 2010 (by email)

Will lodge Visa application on 1st July

 

Electricians are back on the skills in demand requirements for WA
