    <p><p>to be honest ive looked at that many areas on line,not having been over there we are thinking of having a camper van to travel up and down, i like the look of north but south seems cheaper!! we are stll deciding wether to do a reccie of just move, if it was upto me i would just move as we dont have loads of money to waste. now its actually here we need to sit and talk everything through scarey mary time lol, your so lucky to know someone over there!! ah well i wanted an adventure and thats what i shall have lol!!</p></p>

    <p><p>Hopefully the house will go through in 2-3 weeks . Draft contracts have been issued. Touch wood. It only went on the market in early February so I suppose we have been lucky AND the buyer has got a bargain. Go to Haart plymouth under pl6 5sw 3 bed house up to 150k and you will see it. I leave work on Fri 13th July ( well officially 27th but im storing holiday. So I am having a month off before we fly so only 3.5 months left at work.</p></p>

    <p><p>What part of Perth are you planning to head for . We have agreed to rent a property that Mu Uncle has just bought technically for us to rent from them. Its in Joondalup right next to a lovely lake. So excited. shippers are coming to quote so its now all coming together.</p></p>

    <p><p>ooohh shane im so excited!!!!! hope your house sells!!! its not that long till august!!! seriously thought this day would never come tho!! hopefully it will all be worth it! make sure you keep in touch we will all have to share a glass of vino or 2 when we get there!!</p></p>

    <p><p>We are sold subject to contract and the buyers survey has been done and he is happy. So if finishes soon we are moving in with my parents until we fly.</p></p>

    <p><p>enjoy this day.... after such a long slog .. a bit likes ours ... its nice to smile lots ( even cheesily) ... knowing that YOU are allowed to go and fulfill your dreams</p></p>

    <p><p>Haha...Yes, not sure if we'll stay here long term, but for now, we have a home, so making the best of it (Sorry, im sure you dont wanna hear that on the day your granted your visa!)</p></p>

    <p><p>Its totally natural to feel excited & scared....the emotions are crazy once that visa arrives (& we thought it was bad before the grant!)</p></p>
