Hi,

I have been waiting since 11 months both Nomination and Visa are in Received status.
Occupation - Systems analyst

As I m feeling so much stressed with this, My GP has given me medical certificate for the same.
I have called up Immigration, and told about what I m going through, they said they have sent correspondence to processing team.
Do you think my application will move now.
Any one in the same scenario earlier.

Thanks.

Hello everyone,

I have just a question.

I’m having a newborn and my 186 visa were approved March 2021.
I’m afraid I won’t be able to come back and  finish those 2 years with employer after visa being granted.

Anyone having similar experience with leaving employer or work only part time after visa being granted?

Thank you

Did the call speed up your application? Did they respond to you again?

Definitely you have to work for employer. Doesn't matter if its full time or part-time.

Not really, you have full permanent Residency rights  you can leave your employer anytime even if condition for you visa approval was to work for your employer for the next 2 years.
