Hi Everyone, Can someone share the GP letter format for newborn visa medical? Also, please let me know if anyone received the grant by satisfying the CO with GP Letter[Newborn]?

Hi, I had applied for 186DE on 24th March 2021 and I have submitted my previous medicals[HAP ID1] which was done for 482 on Oct 2020. In the immi portal, I could see that my health clearance was provided but with new HAP ID[HAP ID2]. I am unable to see the health record in emedical client with new HAP ID2. Now my 482 medicals expired and I could not fetch the referral letter with new HAP ID2. Any idea if anybody could manage to get medicals done with only HAP ID but not referral letter? or I just have to wait for CO to request the same?

You are correct, we could see only cases pending for more than year or so even on non-pmsol getting cleared, but again it all depends

@Micgeo : Can you please elaborate on the S56 request you received on evidence of current occupation? Is your current occupation is different from Restaurent Manager? ALso, May I know what documents you submitted for the S56 response?

I have a question? if nomination and application lodged at the same time and all fee paid, if employer choose to withdraw the nomination due to some reason(ex: position is no longer available). do the nomination and/or application fee will be refunded? note : assuming nomination and application was not processed yet

Hi, Can someone help with some solution here? I have done my 482 medicals [along with HIV] and submitted the same HAP ID and medicals in my 186 visa application, we have health clearance provided but I could see different HAP ID in 186. now my medicals are about to expire in a couple of months, I am planning to renew my medicals upfront with the new HAP ID which I could see in my 186 visa application, is it possible? did anyone has some input around this situation? Note: My Immigration suggesting to wait but considering current medical appointments and processing delays, I would like to keep my visa application up to date.

Hi Ieister, I have submitted on 24-Mar-2021 for same occupation and no updates yet, but your's reaching a year almost, Have you raised any complaint as it crossed the given processing times as well.
