  1. Hi GeeBee, Thanks for your reply. I had already submitted my application selecting the option no evidence. I couldn’t edit my application so just uploaded the travel movements document which seems to be the only form of editing I can do. Hopefully that’s enough!
  2. Does this question matter? I just put NO and figured the department would have evidence of my 1st arrival? Maybe I should edit my application? Does anyone have experience in this?
  3. Hi all, I'm filling out the citizenship application form and I'm a bit stuck When filling out the section about relatives do I include my dad’s wife? My father has passed away and we've never had that kind of relationship so is she still considered my step mum for the form? She has grown children, are these considered my step brothers and sisters even though my Dad has passed so technically I would say we are not related? She was my Dad's 3rd wife. Do I include the 2nd wife and her children? Surly when they divorced these relationships ended? For the second wife I would not even know how to contact them. I have a biological mother and sister which will be on the form. Thanks in advance for anyone who can point me in the right direction.
  4. Brilliant, I will just use my NSW drivers licence then! Thank you for taking time to reply.
  5. Hi all, When I’m eligible to apply for Australian citizenship, my UK passport (linked to my 186 visa) will have about 15 months until it expires. As the wait time for citizenship can be longer than this, should I renew my UK passport before I apply for citizenship? If it expires during the citizenship application will this cause an issue or delay, or is it an easy fix? Thank you for any advice.
  6. I've been following this forum daily since I submitted my 186 visa application. On Tuesday it was granted. I hope my timeline can provide some help to people in a similar position. - Application for visa and nomination made 04 November 2020 - 186 DE Onshore - Occupation: Drainer (not a PMSOL occupation) - Number of applicants: 1 (British citizen) - Medical complete 11 November 2020 - In May 2021 the department requested updated financial information and confirmation from my employer the position was still available. My immigration Lawyer submitted this information the following week. - No further request for information - Visa and nomination granted 05 October 2021.
  7. Are non priority 186 visas still being processed? I haven’t seen any positive news on here for a while? Thanks
  8. Have people found a different/better forum for the 186 visa? When I applied for a 186 back in November this forum was always busy and full of information but lately it seems almost dead? Have people moved to a different forum or has the whole visa process just slowed down so much?
  9. New visa processing times released today: 186 DE 75% 5 months 90% 11months 186 Transition Pathway 75% 13 months 90% 17 months
  10. My occupation is drainer. Did your nomination get granted yet? Mine hasn’t. Hopefully some good news soon
  11. Hi Guys and Girls, I applied for DE on the 4th November 2020, I'm onshore and waiting for some news. I was wondering if anyone knows what the waiting time was supposed to be when I applied? I presume the current 75% in 3 months and 90% in 6 months is for people that applied last month so not relevant to me? Or am I wrong about that? Is there any way to find out historical waiting times? Thanks!
  12. Does any body know if they are still processing 186 DE onshore visas, that are not on the priority list? Also do they close down for long over the Christmas period? thanks.
