Hi, I haven’t done my son medical as I applied visa when he is 4 months old now he is 15 months I will do his medicals once Bupa is open . Today while chekcing immi account usually near his health examination it always shows examination required today it changed to examination in progress later after few hours again it changed back to examination required . still my nomination and visa is in recieved status it going to be a year soon. do you think some one opened my file. Please share your thoughts. thanks

Hi, I have been waiting since 11 months both Nomination and Visa are in Received status. Occupation - Systems analyst As I m feeling so much stressed with this, My GP has given me medical certificate for the same. I have called up Immigration, and told about what I m going through, they said they have sent correspondence to processing team. Do you think my application will move now. Any one in the same scenario earlier. Thanks.

Hi, I have submitted 186 visa I had a query regarding medicals for child.when my son is 4 months old I have lodged 186 visa at that time I have submitted medical certificate from GP for his medicals now he is 14 months my file is still in recieved status now . when my file opens will case officer ask medicals for my son from bupa. any suggestions

Thanks for reply . but mine is within processing time still going to Finsih 9 months soon . after you make complaint how long it take to hear response from them

Hi, I have submitted Nomination and Visa on Oct 19 2020 and Oct 23 2020 respectively. Occupation : Systems analyst Works for the big company but not accredited sponsor and not on PMSOL List. Both are in Received status. I work for essential company . My company has given supporting document (mentioned how my role support Australian govt to recover from economy as suggested by Mara agent). She sent an email to Immigration attaching this document. Can I expect some postive news soon. Please share your thoughts.

Hi, I have applied Nomination on Oct 15, 2020 and visa on oct 25 2020 under direct entry stream . my status shows recieved for nomination as wel no update so far is there anyone on the same boat or anyone who go grant under skill select 261112 ( systems analyst ) Also processing time has been decreased now which is good news for everyone can I expect something sooner with in processing time . thanks

Hi Chandan, what does vac2 means . Can you please give me more information how visa are processing . I applied nomination one oct 15 and visa in October 23 for system analyst . Haven’t recieved any update I completed medicals as well. can I expect in other 2 months

When I spoke to my company lawyer she said labor market testing is not mandatory but we need to show genuine need of position I’m not sure what documents company has shared to lawyer. Also, I m working with same employer through consultancy payroll since 4 years . Now the company has sponsored for direct entry 186 I’m not sure it may add some additional advantage to my application.

Hi all, im in the same situation, thought I had 2 yrs Indian experience 3 years Australian experience ACS has deducted 4 yrs as my education and experience are not relevant to each other. But I have received positive assessment. Can anyone please confirm if this is fine with DHA. thanks
