Lisa88
Does anyone from the UK have any experience in timescales on waiting for a ARCO subject access report? We have been asked to provide it after submitting our police checks. Just for my husband, he had a minor driving offense from 13 years ago. We were quoted one calender month but just wondered if anyone had been asked to provide this and how long it took? Thanks

Waiting 19months . @lulumanda | @Dam Please let us know if this gets you anywhere - i'm sceptical and doubt it'll help (other than maybe help you feel a little better). - Especially as they state that no complaints will be looked into (regarding timelines etc) without the wait being at least that of twice the expected estimated time. Meaning, if you aren't passed twice the expected wait, a complaint will do nothing and fall of deaf ears. Hoping i'm wrong.

Cooey
Hi everyone, silent reader here to share my golden timeline 186 TRT Marketing Specialist (2 applicants, low risk country) 26 October - Nomination and visa application 28 March - Nomination approval and request for police checks, medicals and form 80 6 May - Visa approval (from received straight to finalised) Sending you all positive vibes for speedy approvals my only advice would be to get your medicals/police checks done - we held off due to the wait time being 18 months when we applied and not wanting them to expire but now the wait time is 12 months there seems less risk of that happening. Good luck everyone!

If should not impact your application as no conviction.

You will also need to submit the form 1023 to correct the character questions in your application. Would also suggest to provide the new police check too. Duda
The form 1023 is notification of incorrect information, but actually it isn't something incorrect as when I applied that was my current situation... The reason why I am asking this is because my MA is telling me that we dont need to inform and just because I insisted he will upload the "new" police check, as I want to make sure I informed... but in the other hand I feel worried about not doing the correct procedure! Thank youuuu

I got their reply today, but seems like that they don‘t accept email except the one used in nomination,I will call my MA to make this complaint again, but maybe you are right, as the email said "While no further response has been requested, business areas may exercise their discretion and provide additional comment." Below is their reply: As the email address you have used in this case is not authorised on the nomination, we are unable to provide you with details about this matter. Global visa processing times will be updated monthly, providing you with an indicative timeframe only. Processing times are impacted each month by changes in application volumes, seasonal peaks, complex cases, and incomplete applications. We have now closed this case. However, we have referred your feedback to the relevant business area. Thank youuuu I understand that, but circumstances have changed since the application is submitted and as the application is still pending and not assigned a CO - when they look at the application the character details will be incorrect... Just that this had happened to my partner and we had to do the same (as recommended by our MA).
sydneyishuk
@Duda its up to you though - if that what your migration agent is suggesting than hopefully that is fine. I guess it just depends on CO. But I know if there is a change in circumstances that the department must be notified. Best to be open and honest Good luck with you application.
