When I done my child medical they took 3 business days and I called them and they informed me that they had sent to department

I called them last Friday. Week ago

I called 133 177 and let my situation. Then the call taker said some one will reply with in 15 business days. But I got email yesterday.

Yeah, I think my complaint works. But I don’t know I have to wait another 28 days after sending police check.

Hi Fung, i am in the same situation . We had joint account and when I emailed them I sent my lease contract, phone bills and stat docs from both of us. How they ask ? I mean did immi ask you to email or lodge online to your file. Or natural justice

My sister got her visa RSMS childcare from NT . Her time frame is 2018 Jan all documents submitted, and got visa last week. Is some one waiting for same time period for same occupation on VIctoria regional. Please let me know
