The form 1023 is notification of incorrect information, but actually it isn't something incorrect as when I applied that was my current situation... The reason why I am asking this is because my MA is telling me that we dont need to inform and just because I insisted he will upload the "new" police check, as I want to make sure I informed... but in the other hand I feel worried about not doing the correct procedure! Thank youuuu

Hey there, I got caught in a police drink drive went to court and was not convicted, do I have to inform this in my application? Does anyone knows if this could impact my visa application?
