Khairul 9 Posted April 8, 2019 Hello everyone. I have a question. My MA asking for financials 2018 from my company as he was asked to upload for current documents. But it’s not ready yet. Thanks a lot. @Khairul I was in the same situation last year. MA requested 2018 financials to update application about August last year. They were not ready from the accountant at that stage. My MA was happy to upload the company Profit&Loss report until finalised version was prepared. This was a simple form printed from our software system, Quickbooks. Company received finalised financials in October and MA updated application. I think if your company can provide some documents to show how the year 2017/2018 ended on their books you will be ok. Perhaps company accountant could write a note advising the financials are not finalised yet and perhaps give estimated turnover figure. I would be open with your MA re company's stance on 2018 financials and they will advise the next best option. Bit confused with what you mean. Remember both applications are separate. Nomination is your employer's application - once approved who ever handled the nomination application will be advised (eg if it was MA they will be advised or company looked after it they will be advised by the department). Your visa application will be looked at once the nomination is approved - this could possibly be any time - same day, next day or 12 months later.... 457 Visa Granted June 2015 PR 186 Temporary Residence Transition Stream lodged 29/06/2018 | PR Granted 19/04/2019 Citizenship (citizenship by conferral) Application Submitted: 03/05/2020 | Status: Received 1. You ask some really unnecessary questions here - most of which have already been answered. - This post has no context and you have 3 messages posted before this. A little context does go a long way. If this is regarding (what I assume you're asking about) your latest (to this post): "Anyone heard that someone got grant on sunday?" Then yes, I have heard of grants being given on Sundays, however, not due to CO working. As far as I know, the department is open on Saturdays and does work, however, any grant received on a Sunday is typically from the system sending the email a day later (granted on Saturday) or from people only seeing messages on Sundays and assuming it's granted the same day. Hopefully someone with experience on a Sunday grant could elaborate on this for us. Hey @Hex Thank you for your detailed reply. And i would like to recommend you read the messages carefully before replying. I didn't ask you for 'any grant today' or any grant on sunday' or any goldwn email today and or 'any update today'. There was guy who mentioned, he was waiting from 25 months and hasn't get any update from immi. You're a guy who always try to gives opinion on all issues and pretend to be you're the most experienced individual here. If you can have a look, i write a message in his text and asked for you opinion. Hopefully you understand, what actually someone's mean to say when they tagged you. See below, the screenshot of your post to me: - As you can see, there is no context, nor and reference to anything mentioned, i.e. "...If you can have a look, i write a message in his text and asked for you opinion..." I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume your English causes you to come across as very abrupt and confrontational. Therefore I will leave things here, however, I would like to point out that the statement you made here: "- You're a guy who always try to gives opinion on all issues and pretend to be you're the most experienced individual here." is not correct, and I take offence to it. As like everyone else here, I am simply trying to help fellow PR seekers. If you don't like or appreciate my advice, I suggest you a) Don't listen to it and b) Don't ask for it! This is a close-knit community of people trying to help others. All of which are at some point of the application emotional and tense. Please don't believe for a moment that you are the only one in this situation and try, to have empathy for others around you. I am always available on PM, should you wish to ask something related. 5 Occupation: Developer Programmer Birth Country: SA (South Africa) Stream: 457 > 186 TRT > Citizenship Number of applicants: 4 (wife + 2 children: age 1 and 3) Visa and Nomination applied: January 9th 2018 Nomination approved: 8th October 2018 Visa Granted: 12 November 2018 IMMI Status: Finalized (granted) Citizenship application: 1st January 2020 Test Date: 10/12/2020 (15min - 100% passed) Approved: 10/12/2020 (within 20min after I passed my test) Ceremony: TBC ***Disclaimer*** I'm not a migration agent. To do this, simply login your Immi account (create a new account if you don't already have one) --> Click on the "Import" button and then complete the details required. - You will need details such as: Passport number / TRN number from your bridging visa etc. Once you've entered the details, click import and you should then see your visa details. Marye 22 Posted April 8, 2019 Hi guys, Long time silent reader, posting for the first time. My MA received the emails about my nomination and visa being processed shortly too, I was super excited about it, but now just calmed down a bit after reading the latest posts since Thursday My details are on my signature, I've never seen comments from any food technologist going through this process in this forum or around the internet (I searched and searched!!), so thought probably I should be the first one to share! Haha Food technologist was on the CSOL and was removed from all lists when the first occupations list was released after the 457 extinguishment was announced, then made its comeback straight on the MLTSSL on the subsequent update and since 11/03 it's available for 189 and 190 applicants as well. I don't know if it makes any difference. Wishing we all get our golden emails shortly! 1 Occupation: Food Technologist (MLTSSL, also added to 189 and 190 visas from 11/03/2019) State: VIC Birth Country: Brazil (HR) Stream: TRT (457 -> 186 grandfathering) Number of applicants: 1 ENS 186 Visa and Nomination applied: 30/06/2018 Nomination approval: 19/04/2019 Visa approval: 30/04/2019 MA received e-mails on 04/04/19 informing that nomination and visa will be processed shortly
