We'll be at 21 months of waiting next week, over 12 months since our nomination was approved. They've made multiple S56 requests. Our agent submitted a letter Sept 26 on behalf of my husband's company seeking resolution. Crickets. Anyone else waiting this long?

My family of 6 has been living in Australia for almost 8 years. Waiting 16 months so far for PR. Our nomination was approved over 8 months ago. We've had a request for more information (form 80), had another baby while waiting for PR, added him to the application, then a request for his health which was submitted May 25 2019. I feel like each request for more information is putting us right back at the bottom of the pile. Anyone else experiencing this?

Long time reader but my first post. Does the processing times of 75% in 12 months and 90% in 13 months start at the application date or at the nomination approval date? I had assumed the application date (Jan 2018 for me) but I've started second guessing myself. We've been in further assessment since early Jan 2019.
