HI Guys, I really need your help, my visa was approved yesterday, awesome! Although I am overseas, I applied for the bridging visa B and thought everything was all good. When I saw the granted letter it was saying that I should arrive before 13/09 = which is impossible as I am in Brazil now. My MA said it is probably a typing error as my bridging visa B was granted until Nov/19. Anyone went through this? My MA said he will just send an email to ask them to fix but I am freaking out. They could cancel my PR? Thanks

@Hex Have you really saw someone 2 years in "further assessment"? Or is just a figure of speech?

Totally agree with Hex, there was a time that was impossible to find anything in the forum as there were pages and pages of "congrats"! Also, if you really want to say something to someone, there is always the private message for that

Hi, The best thing for you to do is ask your immigration agent... that's just my opinion: Does that possibility exists? I think is very difficult that visas are denied after approval of nomination... maybe I am wrong!

Yes, you need to apply for the bridge visa B which is $155 only and you will be able to come back to Australia without any stress....

Hi all, Question here, my husband got a job at KPMG which is one of Australian accredited companies... I asked my migration agent to add his updated resume to our application as I think that this would help our case. They informed me that this wouldn't help at all our process, but I recall sending his resume when we applied. Does anyone know if this could help? Thank you

Cases from Feb/2018 approved in April and May had their nomination approved previously, there is only one case that both (nomination and visa) were approved in May... anyway just sharing a thought that can help with anxiety, it really helped me to have less expectations that it would happen tomorrow or so

Hi all, Just sharing a point of view, which it could be totally wrong, just based in some research and also the current approvals. It seems to me that everyone who applied before March/2018 and haven't got the nomination approved will have to wait for the new financial year or perhaps for the new government.... the reason for that is because the majority that is waiting from before March/2018 doesn't have the profession included in the current list. In the other hand they need to approve their "target" for this financial year, so they are approving everything that they can easily to reach that. Does anyone have the same feeling?
