My question Is your immigration agent called the immigrants before open your file for requested documents or they open by themselves and asked more documents?

Bro u right when I Applied it was 11 months now it’s double the processing time. What I am worried now people are getting visa who applied in 2018. On the other hand, South Australia need more immigrants so why don’t they process quickly.

U applied in hotels any restaurants? What’s sort of document they requested? Do they asked new medical? Is your migration agent contacted immigration about your file ?

My agent also said wait...until March then he will call to immigration I have been waiting 17 months now.. what a terrible situation...

I have called Bupa they are saying I need to have new Hap ID to do so.. I have called the immigration also they are saying when they asked for it then I need to do. I mess with this.

Guys I have got one questions regarding new medical update?? How can I update new medical without asking from immigration??? I want to save my time when they open my file

Chef waiting from 2017 June nomination and visa lodged. Any cook/chef received the approval of nomination In South Australia in June 2017? Waiting time just ridiculous, how can they delay the processing time.Guys this is serious business,we need to make some unity to speak up .why don’t they publish any news regarding visa delay? If they are worrying with integrity of application why they do not put extra resources to fast process those applicants who are genuine applicants and waiting for long periods of time.

I would recommend to find another employer to sponsor 187 if you have three years of experience or you have one more opportunity is 489 visa If you are currently living in south Australia you need to get full skill assessment you can apply. It’s bit difficult for restaurants manager because many states criteria is harder now. Talk to registered migration agents.

Could you show us your nomination approved letter I was surprised waiting from June 2017 Chef south Australia. I need to push my agent, he is telling me only March 2017files are assessing now. Waiting time is killing me

Which RTO ur using vetassess or Victoria University or William angliss ? If vetassess they are clearly mentioned in their guidelines what they are looking to ask you as long u are working in the industry since after qualification should not be a problem for you u will be all right. Good luck.
