Careful u need to start working as soon as possible 4. The Position Cannot Demonstrate A Genuine Need The Nomination may be refused if the business cannot demonstrate that there is a genuine need for the skilled worker to work in the nominated position. The Nomination can be refused if the visa applicant is not currently working in the position, thus, the business would not be able to physically demonstrate that the visa applicant is required. Another risk for the Nomination to be refused is if the business is not paying statutory employee entitlements as required under the Fair Work Act.

You can count your casual employment as well on pro rata basis . Hopefully you will be all right.

This is strange u should lodge visa and nominations together. Now no choice u need to accept the facts about 3 year full time experience after qualification.I would suggest to u don’t take any risk. Withdraw the visa file and re apply new visa.

Better apply general skilled migration. Which state you belongs to. Please talk to migration agent about state sponsored visa. Do not apply this shit rsms visa no guarantee of approval.
