I paid almost £4500 about 2 months ago. As for the medical i think it needs to be completed here as you get an id number and things. Good luck. ????

I was going to go on a working holiday visa until i spoke to someone from aussie embassy ( in the uk) and they have right to refuse you entry if you arent there for your intentions of what the visa is. Be careful and good luck! In regards to the Crohns, just be honest in declaring everything. ????

I did not submit a form 80 with my application. And it was never asked for either. However try and load your application up as much as you can. Just be aware to upload more important things first i.e proof of marriage. ????

They say make sure you apply for the visa for your intentions so just be aware of this. I heard that from the raussie embassy before applying for my partner visa. And as snifter says applications may take a while onshore. I think i was lucky with mine (applied off shore in uk) and it got approved after about a month and a bit. If you have the money, id just go straight for the spouse visa. Up to you. Good luck!! ????

Thank you!! Yes extremely fast did not expect it at all. Was thinking at least 6 months Hubby is an aussie and from Melbourne so heading there for a bit and then saving to buy a camper to travel round aus! When is your wedding for? Good luck ????

309 approved!!!!! Application date: 17th May 2017 Case officer asked for more info: 31st May 2017 - all sent off within 2 weeks Visa granted: 3rd July 2017 They have said 09 June 2018 is the date we have to be in Oz by however We are heading there November this year! Are you applying in the uk? I applied may this year and heard from c/o not long after to submit more docs. Medical and police checks all done just waiting to hear back. What did they ask you in interview? I reckon youll get a letter and approval in the next few months or so. Hang in there ????

Hey. Bit of a different visa as i am applying for a partner one but after i sent off a range of docs, they asked for 2. Luckily me and my husband know someone who works for the government. You can have a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, full time teacher, someone who works for government. Check if there is a booklet to help you online ????
