  1. Someone mentioned previously they had a number for the Aos team direct. Does anyone have this? Thanks
  2. Congrats. Really glad it all worked out! We’re waiting on Aos and have had some questions about submission etc so your information will be really useful. Good luck in your new lives
  3. Hi we applied the week before you are still waiting on Aos...have you paid this?
  4. Congrats! Your processing has gone much quicker than ours....we’re still waiting as Aos had to be done by paper and I’m still trying to convince the Oz government that there’s nothing wrong with me....false positive!
  5. Yes we received request Feb 2019 while on holiday in Australia! Everything submitted with a few health Enquiries still to be cleared up! Immi have questioned submission of Aos as well as daughter had problems submitting electronically and had to complete paperwork in the end!
  6. Yes Wishfull I thought the same ...they have us in their sights
  7. Well I thought this might happen. immi want proof we’ve submitted Aos! We did it by paperwork as daughter couldn’t get it to submit electronically and went down to Centrelink to sort everything out. Our agent just had a letter 2 months later!! Think we might be waiting a while then? Hope not
  8. Congrats great news..we’re still waiting, as I think they’ve slowed down a little ...even though originally we were only 3 weeks behind you.
  9. We’ve just decided que sera sera and if it happens then it will it not then... I don’t trust them on any of their timelines now!
  10. So after years of giving us some idea of how everything is progressing there is absolutely no way of knowing what is going on...this is so depressing and I’m so glad I’m now at the front of the queue after nearly 4 years. I can only feel sorry for everyone behind me
  11. We were asked after 42 months (Aug 2015) but we will still have another 6 months to wait, I should think so most people will be at least 4 years!
  12. Should you get on to Immi then, as I thought all May 2015 people had received their visas? Have you had the Aos phone call??
  13. I thought you couldn't get your meds done until asked as you need your ID number??
  14. Sadly waiting times are really unreliable. We were told 18 months in 2015 when we applied...we’ve just started processing at 42 months and expect at least another 6months. Good luck to you though
  15. My family and I seem to be encountering a lot of “don’t knows”. Daughter had a Centrelink which had never dealt with Aos for a PR visa, and our local doctor has never had to deal with Australian Government panel doctors! . I feel like I’m going mad!
  16. answering my own query...thanks to Marilyn's help! Supporting comments must be provided if you decide to provide a B grading.Note: This is not a rating of whether the applicant will meet the health criteria. 17. On the medical front, does anyone know what the different grades mean? as I had a grade A for one part and grade B for another. Are they both accepted? and do Immi contact you if there's a problem?? Thanks all
  18. Well after being in a continuing conversation with her local Centrelink office we are now at the point of collecting paper forms to fill in and return for them to download to the system and send to wherever - although they don’t know where! And then my daughter and partner going into to Centrelink in person to confirm who they are! What a palaver.....she has wasted over 3 weeks of a hectic life for no avail. Onwards and upwards
  19. Aos saga continues. Our daughter has been in contact with her local Centrelink office as she is unable to attach supporting documents to her submission and subsequently get a reference number so her partner can complete his. Problem is.....we are regional/rural NSW and they’ve said they have never done an Aos before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are now waiting for Tuesday as our agent is in Victoria and it’s Labor Day bank holiday and offices are shut! Who needs all this stress especially s we’re now on the the side of the world and unable to help directly!
  20. Hi Marilyn, we got to London hours before our appointment and popped in to see if they could see us early, and they were able to! It meant we were able to relax and enjoy the afternoon....thanks for the heads up
  21. Hi all, need to pick your brains. Our daughter is currently trying to complete her Aos online but is unable to download documents due to an error on the website. She has talked to the helpline who have suggested using another computer, deleting the cache etc which she has done which hasn’t helped. She has been to the local Centrelink office who say it’s done but when she logs in it is still unfinished in her folder. She needs a reference number so her partner can complete his part. Our deadline is Monday! Our agents have been a great help, but I wonder if anyone has any great ideas how to get through this problem? Thanks all.
