Dear All, I am waiting for WA State Sponsorship invitation having lodged EOI (Subclass 190) end of last month. Unfortunately, my occupation 511112 Program or Project Administrator has been categorized under Schedule 2 which requires job offer (12 months Full Time) from AU employer. I am a bit worried securing job as offshore candidate. Any good suggestion in this regard? Please share. How likely arranging job applying from other countries. If you got invitation under schedule2, how long it took to get the invitation and how you arrange job? Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions!

Hi All, I my occupation is listed in WA SOL under Schedule 2 and Available. So I believe I am eligible for WA State Sponsorship (Subclass 190) since I met all minimum requirements and I already lodged EOI through SkillSelect. Now my questions are - 1. Will WA search/assess EOI by own and send the invitation to apply for WA State Sponsorship? I mean do I need to wait till automatic invitation or I need to do any other formalities beforehand? 2. Under Schedule 2 Occupation and as per State Nomination Criteria http://www.migration.wa.gov.au/SiteCollectionDocuments/2013-14%20State%20nomination%20criteria.pdf (Page 3), do I need to submit evidence of full-time contract employment at the time of applying for state sponsorship? Or it belongs to the applicant applying within Australia? For me, I would like to apply from outside Australia. 3. If the above answer is yes, then how likely to get employment offer who stays outside Australia? Thanks in advance for your kind attention.

Hi All, I was waiting for ACT SS 190 list and unfortunately my occupation still closed as per new ACT SOL. So I am planning to write to ACT sponsorship for closed occupation. I was just wondering how likely state granted visa for closed occupation? Really appreciate if anybody could share his/her experience. As per new 190 rule - 1. You need to show genuine employment offer for closed application (which is nearly impossible as offshore applicant) 2. The IELTS should 7 each band for closed occupation (I have avg 7 but not each band) Considering above may I have possibility to get SS invitation from ACT? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have assessed my employment till last year those were my full-time employment. However, since leaving my job last year I have been doing some part-time consultancy for different organizations. And hopefully joining again in full time employment soon. My question is should I include the job portfolio which were not assessed or any other additional qualification that are not assessed? Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions.

I applied in end of March and just got the confirmation 2 days back that they have completed assessment and will send the outcome letter within 2 business days. Don't know what'd be the outcome letter.........positive or negative! :err:

Thanks for your clear answer.....So it actually covers 457 route..........Subclass 190 not possible this case. Right? I mean if I don't have any job offer I can't apply for Subclass 190 for CSOL.

Hello everybody, While I reviewing Skilled Nomination category in Northern Territory, it says that - [h=1]The NT Government will consider your application if: [/h]you have a skilled occupation that is on the DIBP Consolidated Skilled Occupation List (CSOL) but not on the NT's SMP where you are able to provide independent evidence of positive employment prospects in the NT either in your skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation. What does it mean actually? Does it mean that I should have employment offer from NT employer. Thanks for helping me out!

On the Education tab I found the followings- * Honours in Science, Business or Technology * Bachelor in Science, Business or Technology Basically, my education in title is Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics and it was 4 years long full-time study in Bangladesh.
