  1. Dear All, I recently received invitation to apply for NSW nomination Subclass 190. I was just wondering if I need to show any settlement fund or proof of any fund for final application. Is there any authentic link with this information? I would like to migrate with my wife and a daughter (under 18). Thanks in advance for your suggestion.
  2. Dear All, I am seeking suggestion. I received invitation from NSW under Subclass 190 to apply. But the occupation I indicated in EOI not under NSW skilled occupation list in demand for Subclass 190. Anybody received the similar? I submitted EOI almost 2 years back and almost leave any hope since my occupation not in demand of any state occupation list. Please suggest! How long NSW take to process the application? Any idea? They said usually 12 weeks. Is it exactly 12 weeks or less?

  4. Hi, Suppose I got a job in WA. In that case can I resume my nomination or I need to wait till their invitation again?
  5. Hi Sam, It took almost an year to receive the invitation...........but unfortunately i didn't manage job contract
  6. Thanks for your suggestion. I understand that I don't have job offer for which I can't apply. But what about if the WA requirements be changed, say, they won't need job offer during 2015-16. In that case, if they'd like to consider me for 2d time should I need to lodge new express entry or the existing one will serve the purpose
  7. Dear All, I am seeking suggestion from you as I couldn't avail the opportunity to apply for WA State Nomination despite invitation. This is because my occupation 511112 was under Schedule 2 for which I need to show Full-time 1 year job contract while submitting application within 28 days limited timeframe. Since I am based in Bangladesh that's why it was tough for me to arrange the job from here within the said timeframe. Now I received the email from WA Govt. mentioning the followings - "Your State nomination application has now lapsed and been withdrawn. If it is your intention to pursue State nomination with the Government of Western Australia, you may be eligible for a second invitation if a new expression of interest is lodged in SkillSelect." What does it mean actually? Should I submit new EOI or my current EOI serves the purpose in the coming days. Please suggest!
  8. I didn't mention anything about having AU job in Skillselect EOI. FYI, WA just invited me and asked me to apply for state nomination. And as usual, they have given me 28 days timeframe to apply. Bungo, should I take risk for AUD200 just to check my luck without job offer? Any suggestion?
  9. Thanks for your valuable comments. So I was just wondering why they invited me for State Nomination knowing that I am outside of Australia!
  10. Hey, What's your current status right now? I am invited to apply for WA State Nomination but can't apply since I don't have any job offer. If you have any update in the meantime, please let me know.
  11. Dear All, I just received invitation for WA State Sponsorship but my occupation 511112 is under Schedule 2 of WASMOL. So I need to submit a job offer with my state nomination application. Currently I am based in Bangladesh which is quite impossible to arrange 1 year full-time job in WA. Let me share my brief career profile. I have more than 11 years of experience, specifically Project Management, in Telco and International Trade & Development. I worked for several Multinational and International organizations throughout my career journey. So if anybody advising me anyway that you'd be very much helpful for me. Or if you know any authentic recruitment agency who may offer job considering my current scenario would be very much helpful. Thanks in advance!
  12. Hi All, I am just wondering if WA Govt. gives me state nomination, Can I fly-in-fly-out to another AU state or country within 2 years of my arrival?
  13. Hi All, Please suggest me - I have received invitation from WA govt. for Subclass 190 but my occupation is under schedule 2. So it requires 1 year job contract. Does it mean that without job contract I can't apply for state nomination? WA State Govt. gives me 28 days time to submit the application. Thanks for your kind suggestion.
  14. Thanks! I understand. But does it mean that I need to show the job contract withtin the 28 days timeline? Please suggest.
  15. Thanks! I understand. But does it mean that I need to show the job contract withtin the 28 days timeline? Please suggest.
  16. Hi All, I am seeking your kind suggestion regarding WASMOL Occupation List. My occupation is under Schedule 2 which means that I need to submit 1 year full time contract to WA State Govt. I am applying from outside Australia and was wondering anybody has any idea regarding the followings - 1. If I invited from WA, should I submit the said job contract within the 28 days timeframe? 2. Is this mandatory to have job contact for WA State nomination finally? 3. Any chance approving state nomination without job offer? 4. Any advice who were successful securing WASMOL Schedule 2 nomination outside Australia. Thanks in advance for your kind suggestion in this regard.
  17. Thanks Mayrose for your excellent research! Have you already secured your visa?

  20. Hi Olikk, Yes you need actual job offer, they said evidence 12-months full time contract. I am also facing the same problem and it is nearly impossible to secure job if you are an offshore candidate. Have you already submitted EOI? Rather doing project management diploma, you may think about PMP which is very well recognized and well-accepted. Best of luck!
  21. Hello, This thread intends to get the update of EOI application and progress, State Government Nomination, Visa Lodgement, Visa granted etc. Thanks for sharing your info. PS - I lodged EOI on 29 July, 2014 and waiting for WA state government invitation.
  22. Hi All, How likely AU recruiting agency may help getting job for offshore candidate seeking sponsorship? I am waiting for state government sponsorship for the occupation which requires job contract. But as an offshore candidate I am worried how to secure the job. Can anybody suggest any good/authentic recruitment agency in WA? Thanks in advance!
  23. Dear All, I lodged my EOI through SkillSelect end of last month. I am looking for WA State Sponsorship (Subclass 190). As I already lodged my EOI, does it mean that WA will send invitation automatically when they think it should be? I mean should I wait or need to do any formalities beforehand? Thanks for your suggestion!
