  1. Hi, I am just after some guidance around the occupation Program/Project Administrator (ANZSCO Code 511112). Has anyone received a positive outcome from VETASSESS for this occupation? I have the experience in this field, working as a Project Manager however I am unsure if my Australian qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance and Macroeconomics) will be assessed as positive. I did undertake Management units in HR, Strategic Management, Management Ethics & Corporate Governance and the list goes on, but just not sure if my qualification will be assessed as 'highly relevant'. Appreciate any assistance on this! Cheers, Nate
  2. Dear All, I just received invitation for WA State Sponsorship but my occupation 511112 is under Schedule 2 of WASMOL. So I need to submit a job offer with my state nomination application. Currently I am based in Bangladesh which is quite impossible to arrange 1 year full-time job in WA. Let me share my brief career profile. I have more than 11 years of experience, specifically Project Management, in Telco and International Trade & Development. I worked for several Multinational and International organizations throughout my career journey. So if anybody advising me anyway that you'd be very much helpful for me. Or if you know any authentic recruitment agency who may offer job considering my current scenario would be very much helpful. Thanks in advance!
  3. Hi, am a post graduate in social work but has 6 years of GCC experience as a project administrator! Now the question is whether to give my assessment to AASW as a social worker or to VETASSESS as project administrator? The occupation detail for project/program administrator seems to match my job profile more. If I apply for the latter will my B-com certificates do? On the other hand project proposal was a major area of study in the social work curriculum! am confused:arghh: any help will be deeply appreciated, thanks!!
  4. Good afternoon fellow PIO's! I have felt the need to start a new thread, because I am looking for a bit of advice! I am currently working on a 457 visa since Jan 2011. I first did two years on a working holiday, and was six months in limbo after that on a bridging visa whilst waiting for my 457. I am based in Perth, and I will have been working in the same position with my company for two years in January. (Spaced over three different visa types as above!) My problem is that I am hoping to apply for PR as soon as I can Now, I know the obvious route is to go for sponsored migration. But I am finding it too hard to survive with the price of Perth on this money! I am a good, reliable worker. Is there any other way I can get PR apart from through an employer sponsored visa? I work as a Project Administrator / Office Manager (Am sponsored as a Project Administrator), am 27 years old, come from the low risk country, am willing to do a Iielts test is needed, have a Bachelors Degree in Jouralism and a Diploma in Business/Project Management, and many more vocation related certificates. I have 5 years offshore work experience and and 3 years Australian work experience. I love Australia, and I mostly love my life here. I simply want to move forward with it and no longer feel like a slave!! Thanks y'all :cute:
