Dear All, I just lodged my application and have some confusions written below- 1. I see a link for arranging your health examination which redirected to a page for some questionnaire to be submitted. Should I fill it up right now or wait for CO for further instruction? Who gives me HAP ID and when? 2. How fast I should upload all documents? Should I follow Subclass 190 document checklist only or upload more documents. I can see a list of documents that could be added additionally. 3. Should I upload Form 1221 for my spouse right away. It is written recommended. 4. While I am uploading the documents, does it mean that it has been submitted automatically? I see the received status but wondering if there any certain process submitting the documents after finishing my required uploads. Please suggest..... Thanks in advance!

Dear Mates, I face some confusions preparing my Subclass 190 visa applications - 1. Question: (For my biological Daughter) Does any other person have custodial, access or guardianship rights to this child? Should I mention my Wife Name (Biological Mother) who is accompanying myself to Australia? 2. Question: (For my Spouse): Does the applicant (spouse) have at least functional English language ability? (NO) My Wife doesn't have Functional English.... so I answered 'NO' and I'd like to pay the 2nd installment. But I didn't find anywhere in the application to give consent that to pay the 2nd installment. When I need to give this consent? OR I need to pay with this initial installment. Hi Experts, I already checked DIBP website https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-/Skilled-Nominated-visa-%28subclass-190%29-document-checklist for 190 Document checklist. Scanned Colour copies Passports of all migrating members (Biographical Pages) - Should it be certified as well? Should I need to include other visa pages? 2. Passport-sized Photograph (45 x 35)mm - Be labelled with applicant's name - it means the file name contains the applicant's name. right? 3. Scanned colour copy of birth certificate of all members - Should it be certified as well? 4. Scanned Colout copy of Marriage Certificate - Should it be certified as well? 5.Police Clearance Certificate - Colour Scanned copies ---- No need to be certified. 6. IELTS - they asked TRF/Test Registration number only - I shouldn't include transcript. Right? 7. Skilled Employment Evidence - Should I certify all Employment References, Pay Slips, Contracts etc.? 8. Should I include Outcome Letter of Australia Credentials Assessing Authorities (say, VETASSESS)? 9. Educational Credentials - Certified copies of Certificate and Transcripts. Partner's Skill: I didn't claim point for my partner's skill. So I need not to assess partners skill assessment, I believe. The application still asks partners education details. Sorry I didn't not get your point. Firstly, this thread has been started for those who facing problems and one can give solutions based on his/her experience. What's wrong here? Secondly, That is another thread. It's for those who lodged application but unfortunately rejected. Through this thread the potential applicant will know in advance what should do or what shouldn't. Hope it clarifies!

I am worried about my Police Clearance Certificate. I have received my PCC. But sinece my passport will expire on October this year, so I have applied for new passport. Should I apply for new PCC since the PCC contains passport information.

Dear All, I need a suggestion. I did my Police Clearance Certificate early Jan 2016. Since my passport will expire on Mid October this year, so I applied for renewal of my passport and I am going to receive my passport shortly. Now my question is, while I will receive my new passport, should I go for new Police Clearance Certificate or the previous one will serve the purpose? PS : I am intending to use new passport number.

Dear Mates, I got ITA today for Subclass 190. I see option in my SkillSelect account to apply. But I believe I should open ImmiAccout for different purposes in future. Please suggest if I could use ImmiAccount for lodging visa and how it gets connected with SkillSelect. PS: I neither open ImmiAcount nor start application at SkillSelect. I just wanted to be confirmed before doing anything! Secondly, While I click the Apply Visa button in SkillSelect it ask Are you wish to lodge your online application now? Yes or No. What option I should select if I want to save my application as I go? I think visa lodge means you are ready fill up everything and pay by your card. Sorry for the silly question. Dear All, Thanks Allah that today I got nomination from NSW. It takes less than 3 weeks processing my nomination. So happy! :wink: I will start my visa application process soon. Subclass 190 is more flexible. You may move anywhere within the state. Referring to your post code restriction, that is applicable for RSMS Subclass 187.

Well, I received on the same day and applied on Feb 1. Just wondering if you could give me suggestions - I received my skill assessment back in 2014 which I shared with them. In the meantime, I continue my jobs for different organization. Do you think it's a problem? I provide them letter of references for the new jobs. What about if I receive ITA? Can I submit the same assessment to DIBP or need to do further evaluation?

Congratz! When did you apply for nomination? Lets' connect here to update your progress. I don't think if you received nomination, DIBP will reject you providing that you apply correctly. Have you already received ITA?

My score is 60. But i submitted EOI on mid 2014. May be for this reason I rolled out lately.
