Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the conditions of the 190 visa. I understand it is expected that you live in NSW (state I wish to move to) for a minimum of 2 years. The Australian immigration website states I would have to 'meet any other requirements'. However, is there common restrictions that anyone is aware of, such as having to live in a certain post code within NSW or having to work in your occupation for a certain length of time over there? On a separate note, I wondered if anyone knew if the chances are higher and quicker to be invited on a 189 visa than a 190 visa?

Need some advice on what visas I am entitled to apply for. I am living in Sydney CBD and would prefer to meet with someone face to face that is also not too expensive

it is on SOL and I have applied for stage 1 for the skills assessment and it is in process. I was looking at the 189 and 190 visas but I think you need work experience to pass the points test

Hi, I have been in oz nearly two years on working holiday visas. I have 4 months left on my visa. I am trained as an Occupational Therapist but have no qualified working experience, just university placements. I would like to apply for permanent residency and wonder what visa is the best to apply for? Any advice would be much appreciated!
