Hi guys, Hope you remember me!! I had previously applied for a 475 visa in May and was granted. After the new rules came in, I applied for the new 190 visa (previous 176) from the state of WA and just today received my grant. Its nice to see people already making the move and I intend to move in/around Nov-first week. Wish the best of luck to all of us on this exciting journey ahead. :smile:

Today I received my grant notification via the first email from my CO. Never thought it wud be so quick. :biggrin:

Guys..Just saw checked my email. Guess What...I got the first email from CO and received my grant notification. Cant quite believe it. :jiggy:

The case officer is for state sponsorship application from WA and not the CO when we lodge the visa application.

Hi Rusk, I too had got it few times before but we cant do anything about it and keep on trying. It has happened to many of us. The performance of the system is not so up to mark. Keep on trying. :smile:

Indeed EOI should be suspended after paid visa application. Hopefully it will be Natraj!

Hi Ruskman, Dont worry. EOI will be suspended as expected. When you login into https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login , you can see your receipt by clicking the 'View Receipt'. Additionally, you will get an email from gsm.documents@immi.gov.au (Case Support Officer and Not CO) telling you that your application is valid and is being assessed.It will come inside 10 days of visa lodgement. Regarding application form, you cant see it now. You can only see the summary of your application by clicking 'View Application'. Gud luck!!!

Hi friends, Can you please guide me ? My girlfriend studied Bachelor of Nursing from Australia and she will receive her Registration from AHRPA in 2 weeks (hopefully). After she is registered, will she be able to apply for graduate visa 485 after this process ? Or she will have to get her assessment from ANMC ? She is a fresh graduate. Please kindly let us know. Her visa is going to expire on 30th September. :wideeyed:

Hi friends, I require your suggestions please! My girlfriend who holds a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Australian University in Sydney. For nursing registration, she had to get IELTS each band 7 or OET Each Band B. After 3 attempts, she finally managed to get OET all B's 2 days back which makes her eligible for nursing registration with ARHPA if I am correct. Her student visa is going to expire at the end of this month. I heard for ARHPA, it takes 5-6 weeks before she can get her assessment so that she can apply for 485 visa (TR visa for 18 months). I just want to know what can be done at this moment of time so that she can remain in Oz after her visa expires. May be I am missing something, but I would really appreciate if anyone can guide us. Thank you

I made a mistake guys. I did not see the question : Have this applicant travelled to Australia or previously applied for a visa ? And it went to default No. I do have a current 475 visa. So i forgot to mention in this section. Now I already have lodged my 190 visa and cant seem to edit my application. So I am worried what will happen with my application ? Can anyone be kind enough to let me know what should I do ? Please guide me....

Thank you for your reply. I have lodged my 190 application today but I fear I might have made a mistake. While filling, as far as i remember, I did not have to fill in my current visa 475 information. Now when i saw my completed application i see this: Previously travel to Australia Has this applicant previously travelled to Australia or previously applied for a visa ? There is not mentioned Neither Yes or No. Hence I want to verify with people who are filling the application form. DO u see this section in ur online application form ? Please suggest me if I missed to fill this part or not ? Thank you so much

I am in too guys! just filling my application...Can anyone who has successfully lodged 190 application be kind enough to answer my below queries: 1. I started the application and got the TRN and my password. Now I saved it. Is this the correct url to continue with our saved application i. ehttps://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login 2. While filling in the application, whats needs to be filled in National identity documents ? I filled in my citizenship card details but my question is do they ask for proof too ? I have it but its in my local language. 3. I only have 2 years experience. So I am not eligible to claim points. Hence in 'Employment in nominated occupation' section question i.e Has the applicant been employed overseas in their nominated occupation or a closely related occupation at a skilled level immediately before lodging this application? For me its NO, right ?? 4. What to fill in Non-migrating dependent family members ? I am a single guy with no dependents. Do i just click No dependents ? I would really appreciate if anyone can answer my queries. It may be trivial questions but still.
