1. Hello all, I have 8 years experience as network engineer and systems administrator, The problem is that I have started my career with a cisco certificate which has expired now. So I am planning to go through RPL. If I apply via RPL, I don't get the points for my work experience as it should be according to the rules. If that is true, Can I get points for RPL. I dont understand it. Of course I do have a degree now. Would I get points for RPL say 10 points? and not get points for experience at all. Or Would I get some points for experience if ACS consider my experience?. I have read some of the posts regarding RPL process on this forum. So some of you have succeeded in RPL. Please share your experiences. And thanks a lot in advance. Please do reply me. Thank you.
 2. Hello all, Thank you for reading this I don't know if this question is a stupid one. I see many occupations in the skillselect with only the main group listed for example

2613 Software and Applications Programmers

2631 Computer Network Professionals

etc, So, Can I assume that all the sub occupations listed in those groups are also eligible for example developer programmer, analyst programmer are part of the main group 2613 and network administrator, network analyst etc are part of the main group 2631 . But these are not listed in skillselect. Can I apply as a analyst programmer or a network admin, if I have positive skills assessments. And ofcourse no one would know how many applicants has applied for these subgroups? Thank you for everyone who read this, I am thankful for all the replies

 7. Hello all, Anyone applied for the state sponsorship of the state SA?. I have a question here, wile reading the requirements for state sponsorship faq, I have found the following information in bold 9.5 The IELTS test that you provide must be less than two (2) years old at the time of Sponsorship Decision regardless of the status of a visa application with DIAC. The General or Academic result will be accepted. I am shocked to see this, is this true that only scores obtained 2 years back are only considered?. I generally see that IELTS score greater than 2 years is not accepted by any institutions or for other use etc. Is this true or was it a mistake given on the website of SA immigration. Please do reply me. Thank you.
