  1. Form 80 is not always required but it's wise to have it ready in case you are asked for it. We submitted ours anyway when we lodged our visa. Part of form 80 covers all travel for the past 10 years.
  2. I only had reciprocal Medicare cover when I applied for my 186 visa from my 457 visa and that was fine. I just had to scan a copy of my card.
  3. They send the request to the nominated correspondence person. If you have a MA the request will have gone to them. Have you asked if they have received an email?
  4. Hey mate, stop worrying, there really is no reason to be concerned. It just shows recommended against all items. (this is the same for all visas and all ages) Once your documents are uploaded, it changes to Received. If any further documents are required it will change to Requested.
  5. Just hang in there, your time will come. I know your are desperate to get back to Australia but at least this time you will permanent. I've been here 5 and a half years now and this is my 4th visa!
  6. pih5ped, I wouldn't worry too much about what the Immiaccount says, it doesn't seem to get updated how you would expect it too. It "recommends" that I supply Evidence of Australian Permanent Residency, er hello that's what I'm applying for! Am I right in thinking you only applied in March? If so you have at least a month or so to wait I would think.
  7. I wouldn't take too much notice of it. I last had contact from my CO in January but my last updated date still shows as my application date.
  8. If you check VEVO it will confirm which visa is currently active. Mine also shows travel rights etc.
  9. We were advised by Medicare that if you leave Australia your reciprocal card becomes invalid and you have to reapply when you return. (This was a couple of years ago though)
  10. I think the Immiaccount system is not the best. I still have many documents saying they need to be submitted but it also says they have been received on a different line.
  11. Makes no difference, if I click view application I can see dates as recent as April 2015 but still the front page shows last updated as 21 Jul 2014
  12. My last update is still showing as my application date although I have had requests for more documents so obviously it's not correct. I wouldn't read too much into it, if you've not been waiting 4 - 6 months since your visa application then just sit tight and don't stress about it.
  13. Hi Sam, I'm not sure which team is handling my case, the request for more information didn't include a team number.
  14. Hi Vishal, no not heard anything and when I call I'm told "we are assessing your file and can not give you a time frame of when this will be done" It's frustrating when the newer ones get processed but I'm sure we will both hear soon.
  15. I feel your pain Jay, I'm still waiting from submitting extra docs in Jan too. Which centre is your visa being processed?
  16. It just means they have received your medical results, mine has said this since the middle of December. The 3 months processing time is only a guideline not a deadline, they aim to complete 75% of files within that timeframe. You can contact them but it's likely they will just say anything other than your file is being processed.
  17. Your waiting time will start from the visa application date. Back to the waiting game again I'm afraid!
  18. I live in Queensland but my application is being dealt with by the Perth office. How about yours?
