  1. Your application generally doesn't get looked at again until at least 28 days after the request. You are still under the 4 - 6 month guideline. You are luckier than many of us on this forum and should probably chill out a bit.
  2. Was told over 2 weeks ago that all criteria has been met and my visa would be granted any day. So frustrating!
  3. Welcome to my world! I'm in Qld but my visa is being processed in Perth, they're not the fastest!
  4. Welcome to the new members who have joined, the more info posted the better for us all. 78 guests online now, wow we're so popular!
  5. PR approvals coming in thick and fast now. Maybe if everyone could add their timeline to their signature it will give us a better idea of what's going on. Currently there are 60 guests looking at this thread. Come on guys, join in and share your timelines.
  6. Congratulations to those who got PR today. What a difference a day makes. 3 approvals already today, I've got everything crossed hoping mine is coming soon.
  7. No it's 28 days from request, that is the timeframe the department set themselves but it's not guaranteed. Like I said before they will look at it when they are ready no point stressing about it!
  8. The new financial year starts on 1st July, some visa's may have already reached their quota for 2015. Also there has been some strike action that may have had some effect on visa grants but that finishes today.
  9. I had problems with my application but it's all sorted now. I was advised by my MA that the last part has passed now and I should get the grant some time soon, although my definition and the departments definition of soon may vary considerably!
  10. I was told 28 days after request by my MA but the truth is the department look at them when they are ready. Nothing you can do but just sit tight and wait.
  11. You only lodged your visa application 2 weeks ago, standard waiting time is 4 - 6 months.
  12. You shouldn't really be pressing anything in you Immiaccount, you have an MA that is paid to manage your application. Leave it to the professionals. Anyway I doubt it will do anything but if you're not sure then why risk it.
  13. I answered you last week. The department will review your documents 28 days after they request them. Some are reviewed quicker and some take longer. They may even decide they want more documents. They will approve your visa when they are ready. You only applied 3 months ago, that really isn't a long time compared to many others and you have to be patient.
  14. Congratulations, hopefully your visa approval will follow soon. Which processing centre?
  15. When were the extra docs requested? The department advise that additional documents will be reviewed 28 days after the requested date although some are quicker and many are much slower.
  16. The way visa applications are processed has changed according to my MA. Your file is reviewed by a case officer and any documents are requested. You have 28 days to submit these documents. Your file is then placed back into a "pool" and sometime after the 28 days it is reviewed by the next available CO. This is why you don't always keep the same CO. I called immigration once and was told my file was due to be reviewed that day, she then said but I can tell you we have not reached that days allocations yet and to wait another week or two! Now that's customer service!
  17. Try not to worry. After each request for documents you are put back into a queue until another CO picks it up after the 28 days. That would be the reason you have a different CO each time. I just noticed you were WA on the visa timeline, seems WA is a little behind maybe?
  18. Do you know which centre is processing your application? Mine is being processed in Perth although I live in Queensland.
  19. I feel your pain!!!!! A little communication from them would be nice, anything to keep us from going insane!
  20. Looks to me average calendar days from lodgement to decision for nomination/sponsor refusal is 368 As at 31.05.15 there were 662 decisions outstanding. Is that how you read it Jay?
  21. Have you seen this Jay? http://www.mrt-rrt.gov.au/Apply-for-review/Processing-times.aspx http://www.mrt-rrt.gov.au/CMSPages/GetFile.aspx?guid=4d2609a5-843c-45c0-9089-9ed709a934ee this shows the caseload statistics, still a lot of nomination refusals outstanding.
  22. I'm still hanging in there! Thanks for asking, I have complications with my visa but hopefully a decision will be made soon.
