is it possible that they prioritize processing for those skills that are really in demand? I have seen plenty of systems analysts and programmers getting co and grants quicker than the rest.

I do not think so....

They are processing all the category 4 offshore inspite of any occupation.

Did you Front Load your PCC and Meds oppyddrum?

[EDIT] Just answered my own question. FYI even though you might complete your meds they don't get processed in Sydney for weeks. Sorry to say you will probably be in the waiting room for a while. (Hopefully not too long).

you are probably right, but i am hoping for the best. lol.

Just finished from the medicals. i have a question; i was told they send the electronic copy to immi and send me the hard copy. do i also send that to immigration or do i hold on to it in case they ask for it?

@SHandGH, i have 3 PCCs, 2 of them are ready, waiting on the last one, then they will be loaded. the medicals, you already know where that one is. :D

Hold onto the hard copy of your medicals for your own records. You will not be asked for it by DIAC.

Wishing you all the best for a speedy grant.

E:mail from DIAC confirming CO and that checks have commenced on our application. No request for medicals or PCC as yet. Stressing about everything at moment as preparing house for rental, sorting mortgage, clearing attic and looking for jobs, schools and somewhere to live! Work really hectic and kids full of beans! What have got ourselves into???? Hope all is going well with CO and direct grants this week?

Nothing for us today... I even checked my emails at 4am when my daughter woke up

I am beginning to wonder if my sanity is going to outlast the waiting room!

Just curious, does everything show as "met" for either one of you?

Very frustrating. Have you been for medicals or are you waiting for your CO to request them??

Everything still showing as "required". We are waiting for our CO to request the medicals. :daydreaming:

No clue what are they upto. No work on November and December applicants this week. So how would they finalise category 4 offshore. No clue at all.

well we contacted our agent and he told us there's nothing he can do (we asked him to contact DIAC) so not quite sure if we're allowed to contact DIAC given that we specified in our online application that all contact should go through our agent..

we telephoned the DIAC ourselves (without asking the agent) they will talk to you about your case but it seems to be just generalised info and they dont really tell you any more than you can see for yourself on the website. They basically told us not to worry - our case is being dealt with and that they would request further info through our agent. Not 100% helpful but at least it made us feel that we were being dealt with by humans and not computers! lol! if you see what I mean?
