I have been studying IELTS to get band of 7, I check my old score back in 2009. my result is as follow Reading 5, speaking 7, listening 7, writing 7.

I find the reading very very confusing. I am desperate to change to 885 as 886 is a bit slow... I borrowed some IELTS books from the library, but reading seems the hardest part... Any advice? thanks

I agree with Josh.

I have also noticed that when there is nothing to update for 885 it happens on MONDAY.

885 may likely move slightly but it's just that DIAC has that habit of making it a fortnightly affair when it misses a previous update date! So, the last update was made on a Monday and hence no surprises if people see the update on coming Mon!! Enjoy ur weekend n forget for the table for the next 72h

Previous update...

And then look at this

invitation-points-4-feb-2013.jpg

vs

invitation-points-18-feb-2013.jpg

Why are there two different graphs? The x-axis is different (08/02 has 60, 65, 70, etc 18/02 has 1-10) and Skilled Independent was purple only on 08/02 now both purple and maroon on 18/02. Hmmm fishy? maybe

We are Feb 2009, 886 FS.

I just checked my file online status.

there is an update :-

e-mail sent on 22-02-2013.

I applied for bridging Visa B on 22-02-2013

I checked the status before going to DIAC.

there was no new update.

Now I have been granted Bridging Visa B now we also have an update e-mail sent.

I am VERY confused.

this is not the first time, I have applied for Bridging Visa,

This is actually third time I have got Bridging Visa.

I am flying out tonight,

Will be away for 3 to 4 weeks.

Can anybody shed some light, Whats going on?

I would try to contact my Migration Agent, as he would be receiving all the emails from DIAC.

But if any of the forum member can update me (whats going on), it Will be appreciated.

Thanks

and another question is Do I need renew my IELTS results or just police and health check from the date I lodged in March 2010 if my visa is allocated by CO?

Thanks

mate you do not need to renew your ielts once you applied then your ielts is valid till you get your visa

but you have to do the AFP abd health check is valid for one year
