  1. Most likely No! I would suggest get ur PCC done when the allocation table dates are closer to ur application lodgement date
  2. Easy, it's BPSC if you have submitted online else APSC (for all paper-based applications)
  3. Thanks mate! The suspension of G5 885 for the last month or so really made me tense as I was almost close to being allocated. The thought of being processed in the next financial year really gave me sleepless nights. All the best to all of you who have been a part of this journey since I joined this forum!
  4. Yeah mate, I did take a calculated gamble but it paid well at the end
  5. G5 885: online applicant Applied: 20-Jun-2010 Granted today!
  6. So the news is ....................... I have been granted my PR today! I was a G5 885 online applicant. Hope this brings some cheer to all the fellow-forum members who are/have been waiting patiently!!!
  7. [h=2]Allocation table[/h] The tables below list lodgement dates of applications that have been or will soon be allocated to case officers. You can use this information to determine when your GSM application will be allocated and to prepare your application for assessment. This information was last updated on 5 April 2013. Effective 1 July 2012, the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship set new priority processing arrangements for certain skilled migration visas. Allocation dates outlined below reflect the new priority processing arrangements. 8. "The process of converting 176 to 175 should be like the one of converting 866 to 855............................" I believe Arshad means to say, converting 176 to 175 should be like converting from 886 to 885!
  9. Another observation - just in case it has been missed: "Notes: Applicants should not proceed with health and character clearances where a '*' is listed in the Allocation tables above"
  10. Not sure how valid is it to compare subclasses and the catching game as the respective applicants have a set of criteria's which they must have fulfilled based on their skills! ............................God bless Cat5
  11. Sam, I saw that and I think you have a point there! Feel sorry for fellow-885 applicants (includes me) but that's how it reads as per the new update!
  12. Only if DIAC obliges us with the update :-)
  13. ..........885 apparently is being not processed since early March!
